Our community has numerous apartments available in several styles. There are several floor plans to choose from, with options for handicap accessible add-ons and other features. We have an experienced and trained staff to serve the unique needs of our senior residents living in Upper Marlboro. We promote our employees to serve with compassion, kindness and patience. The selection of meals at Rose's Place are the results of many years of experience crafting menus. Our cooking staff constantly strives to make sure the dining experience is the best at our community.

Activities Onsite, Vegetarian, Activities Offsite, Devotional Services Offsite, Meals Provided, Beautician Onsite, Private Bath, Indoor Common Areas, Outdoor Common Areas and other perks are available to all residents. Seniors enjoy the comfort of their new home while our friendly, well-trained staff is available for anything they may need or want.

We know that seniors need varying degrees of help as they get older, but still want to feel independent. Our facility has No Smoking Allowed in Private Areas Indoors, No Smoking Allowed in Public Areas Indoors, Respite Available, Male Residents Accepted, Female Residents Only, Doctor on Call and other assistance. We try to make sure that each resident is able to maintain a full life while staying with us.

Residents enjoy of a full schedule of social, educational and entertaining activities. Our structured program helps all residents maintain a high quality of life. Many of our activities encourage members to socialize and develop friendships with other residents. We make sure the activities are fun and entertaining.
