My husband spent over 2 months in skilled care and Physical Therapy. He went in barely able to stand and left on a walker, feeling safe and confident in his ability to continue his recovery at home. We cannot say enough good things about the Physical therapy department. The nursing staff was efficient and encouraging. The facility provided a clean and pleasant environment in which to recover.

There where employees that showed excellent work ethic. Therapy was easy going and took time with working with the patient. The nurse Destiny and Belinda where just over the top. They both was a joy to be around. That Destiny was the best she help me through some rough day and she away was very supportive. She help with explain meds and test resylts when I didn't undwrstand. She is a diamond. The CNA Deloris away made me smile. She would away have something funny to say. She never knew that days I would be walking up the halls thr tears in my eyes, but once I see her she would give me the laughter I needed to keep going. Sharmie she made sure she did what she had to do and she did that. The social worker CC she is an angel soft spoken , alway on the job. She made sure I was in the loop on every step of my husband therapy. She made sure that he had everything he needed doing his stay and after. This group of ladies were just the ladies I needed doing my husband stay. They all made his stay felt like home. Thank each of you for a job well done. I will tell everyone that meet if they need therapy stop by St Joseph and ask for any of the ladies they are the BEST. Mr. & Mrs James Hubbard Sr

The ENTIRE STAFF at St. Joseph Continuing Care facility has truly been a blessing to my grandmother (and my family) during her two different stays this year. When my grandmother was sent there the first time earlier this year, the staff was so welcoming, accommodating and very professional in making sure they fulfilled all of their duties. I’ve been a witness to many of them going above & beyond to make her feel like she was at her own home. She had enjoyed her daily meals, care, therapy, planned social events and the positive motivating vibes from the staff. The overall care has been a wonderful experience for her! I highly recommend ANYONE is looking for a skilled care facility to choose St. Joseph Continuing Care!

Ashley & Erica in admissions are excellent to work with. They are professional, knowledge, and very kind. If I need help with a patient they are always there to help! My grandmother was at St Joseph a number of years ago. It was a great facility then & it is great now. I would highly recommend St Joseph

The entire staff from Ashley Sallie in Admissions, Paige Smith Fin Mgr, Peaches, Ernestine, Social Director, all nurses and Dr. Turner really care about the patients and families!! The staff at St Joseph's Continuing Care Center is pretty awesome!! From Ms. Betty, to DB, then Ashley, CC, Erica, and everyone else that works there. I think we are blessed in this community to be surrounded by good healthcare providers and St. Jo is at the top of the list.

This is not a review on the place itself. We just need to REALLY mention the stellar service and customer care we received from Ms. Ashley Salley (nurse). She helped us through the ENTIRE process of getting my mother-in-law into the facility. This was NO EASY FEAT as every turn elsewhere was a pain and nobody seemed interested in helping us. Once we got in actual contact with her...she hit the ground RUNNING and never failed to keep us abreast of what was going on. She took a great weight off of our family...and got my mother-in-law in EARLIER than we even anticipated. She is now in a place where she can receive the care she needs...and even there with another family member! I have the UTMOST admiration for the customer service that Ms. Ashley provided...her devotion to the job, steadfast ability to make things happen, and exemplary customer service should be something that every person in the customer service industry should strive to deliver. You can tell she takes pride in her job and we were BLESSED to have gotten her as our caregiver! If this is even an inkling of what Saint Joseph has to offer...then my mother-in-law is in GREAT HANDS!!!

All of the people here were Amazing! The therapist, the nurses, the CNAS, everyone was great, and very sweet, and always willing to help anytime I called.

I want to start out by stating this facility and its employees are absolutely Amazing! They all show their dedication and profound commitment to keep this facility impeccable! Had a very good stay. Food was good, nursing care was professional and caring (especially Destiny). CNA staff was attentive (esp:Deloris) Courtena"na was excellent coordinator. Rehab.staff were professional and knowledgeable If you need the services, this is where to go.

Our mother had roughly a 30 day stay for continuing care... overall this was a good fit for us as a family to get things in order so that we could bring her home. the services were pretty good as well as the lines of communication. i would recommend this place as a place to take your love one for follow up care.

My mom was transferred from St Francis hospital to the center on March 13, 2023. From the first night we arrived until the day she was discharged on April 19, 2023 we couldn’t have asked for better care for her. Everyone that we came in contact with were very helpful and friendly. We couldn’t have made it without all the physical therapist that she saw every day, they were able to get her back to being mobile so she could go home and get back to living independently. To all the nurses on second floor you all have a heart of gold, from morning shift to the over night shift we never had anyone that didn’t help mom each and everyday that she was there, mom loved to talk with each one that came in the door and I personally thank yaw for taking the time and talking to her. To the CNA’s we can’t say enough about yaw, each and every one that had to take care of her did it with grace and dignity and in that made all the difference in the world for her. To Deebe and CeeCee we love yaw and are very thankful for all that yaw did, we will always be grateful for that. If you have a family member that needs care look into St Joseph’s, we couldn’t have done it without them getting my mom back home. Sincerely The Jones Family

Park behind the building ...off Forsythe Rd... if you are visiting a guest on the second floor rehabilitation area. of this place or you'll have to walk all the way around trying to get in with not much help.

I have a loved one in the assisted living portion of St Joseph's. I have no experience with the nursing home side. Is it perfect? no Is it just like home? no, but they are overall compassionate people and esp the director, Michelle, is very responsive to any requests or concerns that our family has had. I have no regrets about my mother being there and when we have needed special help or had special needs, they have always tried their best to accommodate us.
