MJ Gilmore lived at Holly Court since 2017. He passed away 2/2026. I have spent months trying to recover our deposit and refund. I have called and no one contacted me back. They have been working on this problem for months. They had no problem withdrawing his monthly bill but now I can’t get our money back.

I’m so happy we brought my aunt Mamie Pero to Holly Court memory lane.We were nervous at first but when we saw the supervisor Mrs.Nikki we are so grateful due to her taking care of one of our other family members in the past. This is a blessing. The team has made us feel welcome and comfortable in this decision. Holly Court has been such a blessing for my mom. She lived in the Memory Care for about 6 months. The staff was amazing & truly cared for my mom. With living an hour away, I felt comfortable knowing she was in their care.

My aunt has moved into this community home. As leery as we were, it's been really great for her. She receives attention and care more than she would if she was at home alone. I wasn't sure reading reviews; however, I dropped in unannounced around 1130 the other night and the overnight staff was AMAZING. The ladies were all so friendly, very attentive. Seemed to go above and beyond what their titles are. Very impressed.

Toured this community for a family member to age in place. It has been such a blessing. The staff is extremely attentive, I love the overall feel of it from. They are amazing people and the residents are well cared for.

My dad has lived in the Memory Care facility for a year. The staff turnover is higher than I care for. And the level of care is not uniform across the board. That said, they are almost fanatical about cleanliness. The level of attention giving to hygiene of the residents is amazing. When problems occur, and that happens anywhere, they are resolved. Period. The level of dignity and respect shown to the residents, even the difficult ones, is second to none. Should I ever need a facility of this kind, I would not hesitate to go.

Mom lived at Holly Court from 2018-2023. She was able to age in place in comfort, safety, with friends, and with kind and caring staff. We toured several facilities before selecting Holly Court. As soon as we walked in and felt the airy interior, walked the halls, witnessed staff engaging personally with residents, etc. No place is perfect, but every concern or issue mom or I had was promptly and respectfully addressed. As often as I can I recommend Holly Court. I would be feel fortunate to live there myself when the time comes.

My mom lived there very comfortably from 2017 -2020. She was well cared for and felt very safe and loved all of her caregivers who worked with her. They kept her engaged in the activities and encouraged her to venture out her comfort zone so she could interact with other residents. She ate all the home cooked food provided and loved it. We ate there also for parties and special events (many). It was always served at the right temperature snd was very tasty. She was cared for with such tender, loving care. Always and to the end of life. I highly recommend it for your loved ones. I’m still recommending to friends looking for a good fit fir their parents. No hesitation whatsoever.

We have been blessed to have both my mother and mother-in-law in Amber Terrace. The staff are the most kind, compassionate and loving people that I have ever met. These individuals do not look at what they do as a job , they have made each resident a part of their family and show them love and respect! When looking for a safe, caring place for a loved one, this is THE BEST!!
