I am an 88 year old widow with some health issues--not to different from the other residents. however I do my own housekeeping and I am probably the only one who does not need a hearing aid, in fact I do not go anywhere without my ear plugs. Last week they celebrated Chinese new year complete with amplified drum music whch reverberated throughout the building. Although peace, security and quiet were not promised in my renters contract, was I wrong to expect them? An aside, there is at least one person living here who has dementia and wanders the halls--lost. What happens if she goes outside at night and can't get back in>

I chose Grasslands for my parent. It's a beautiful, clean, safe and wonderful facility. The staff is very welcoming and goes above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this facility as being top notch in comparison to other facilities in the area.

My mother be is a resident here. The staff is very nice. After covid hit they quarantined all residents to their apartments, after that the food quality dropped significantly, sometimes inedible other than that no problems

I felt very welcome and was favorably impressed with the facility. Ate lunch with 3 ladies and the food was very good. If I decided to move to an independent living facility I would give this serious consideration.
