I WANT TO THANK THE DEDICATED STAFF AT CEDAR CREEK- THEY ARE ALL VERY FRIENDLY, KIND AND COURTEOUS TO ME AND EXPESCIALLY TOWARDS MY BROTHER WHO IS A RESIDENT THERE. IT MAY NOT BE HOME, BUT THE STAFF MAKES YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME THERE AND IT IS A CLEAN, SAFE ENVIRONMENT. THE CHEF AND STAFF THAT ASSISTS IN MEAL PREPRERATION DO A WONDERFUL JOB AND SINCE MY BROTHER'S ADMISSION TO THE FACILITY, ORIGINALLY IN NOVEMBER 2024, AND WELCOMED BACK FOLLOWING A LENGTHY HOSPITAL STAY, IN JUNE OF 2025. MY BROTHER HAS RECIEVED GREAT CARE . SO TO ALL THE STAFF, MIKE, MICHELLE SARA, PATSY, ETC. AND THE LOVING ASSISTANCE OF THE PROFESSIONALS FROM HEART TO HEART WHO HAVE AND MAINTAIN VISITING AND VIGIL OVER MY BROTHER'S CARE I CANT BEGIN TO REPAY ALL YOUR KINDNESS. I had the pleasure of working at this facility when they needed a little help with agency. They make sure all is well. One of my favorite places to work. Residents treated very well, clean and homey. Definitely recommended.

So happy my mother moved to Cedar Creek! Her apartment is perfect for her and everyone there is so kind. Mom is well taken care of and now enjoys companionship and activities she didn't have living alone in her home. She's happy and this is where she needs to be. Thank you Cedar Creek staff!!

This is a lovely one story community with a staff who really cares. It is easy to navigate tucked back on Butler Road. Its quiet and homey with an Executive Director who is committed to providing the best possible experience for her residents. I highly recommend visiting this community when considering assisted living for yourself or family member.

Cedar Creek of Fort Wayne is a wonderful family atmosphere for all Assisted Living Patients to feel cared for, the staff are patient and understanding and very knowledgeable to help assist the Residents and their families with peace of mind and comfort. The Activity Department is fantastic and the other department leaders participate monthly in doing an activity with the Residents. Very welcoming and a warm feeling is felt throughout the whole building.

our experience with this facility has been great. The staff have been very inspirational in helping my client to adjust to having to move from the community and accepting his new environment. They watch over him, provide his medications and encourage him to do whatever he can to maintain his independence. The staff are great to work with and I have no complaints.

I love this place. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. All the residents seem happy and always have something fun to do. One of the best things about this senior living is that you can have PETS! Overall wonderful place to be.

We recently were invited by a member of staff to attended a holiday event at the senior living community with our children, and our first impression was overwhelmingly positive. The facility was immaculately clean, with a fresh and inviting scent(unlike what I expected to smell) and was tastefully decorated like a beautiful home. The attention to detail in the decorations and refreshments was impressive, reminiscent of a high-end catered event. The residents we met were warm, friendly, and cheerful, and it was clear that the staff and residents have formed a close-knit community, much like a big, happy family. Although we don't have a family member living there(one does work there tho), we would definitely consider this place or a place like this for sure for a loved one. I've worked in nursing homes, some that had assisted living, as far as I'm aware this place doesn't cut corners like most do.

I visited Cedar Creek and toured the community, everyone was happy and the environment was very family oriented. The staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. The residents were engaging with me while I was there. Over all this place was very loving and welcoming, from the management, to the staff and all residents I encountered while I was there.

Overall care of residents is good..lots of hidden costs that you think is included in the fee..lack of transportation is a huge issue..poor entrance and exit doors..(not wheelchair friendly)..

Smaller community - 39 Assisted Care apartments- much more personal and less institutional. That being said, this property is one of 220 senior communities owned and operated by Enlivant - a national company based in downtown (high rent) Chicago. The Enlivant corporate management structure promotes a hostile, high pressure pushy sales culture for its rank and file staffers at the individual communities. Despite being under constant pressure from pushy cut throat corporate level managers from Chicago, Hamilton Place does employ a dedicated staff and provides excellent accommodations for their residents at the local level.

My mother has lived at Hamilton Place for 4 years and I have peace of mind that she is well cared for. Every staff member I know is top notch and the morale there is the best I have ever seen. Because it is a small facility the staff gets to know the residents and their families well. This place is a gem!

A friend of mines mother lives there and she absolutely loves it. The employees there are so friendly, supportive, and accommodating!

Wonderful staff. Rooms for residents include a small kitchenette, closet, large bathrooms (with railings), a livingroom space and space for a bed. The rooms are designed in an L-shape so the bed isnt the first thing you see when you walk in, and it gives the residents some privacy. The aides are super nice and helpful, there is always a nurse on staff, the meal plans are good for the residents (and they also provide gluten-free options!) - so many good things to say about this place!
