Above and beyond! Respectful staff. Upbeat yet classy environment. The facility doesnt feel institutional. It feels like home. It feels like community. All neighboring residents express how much they love it. Im new here, but when everyone else knows they are happy here, I know I will too! The food is great, staff is accommodating. The facility is clean. The activities are fun and engaging.

As an American Legion Rider, a few years ago I participated in a Flag Line for a very SPECIAL veteran at this location. I was impressed then at the facilities and the outpour of genuine respect demonstrated then. As a family friend helping to rehome their family member, I searched high and low for a facility suitable to meet the needs. This sweet little gem of a facility not only met the needs, but exceeded. The pricing, after visiting other facilities were pretty comparable, but the facilities was cleaner, the food service better, and the level of care more suitable for those with greater needs. They do an OUTSTANDING job of hiring the most respectful Healthcare team. What a great place!

Assisted living, is just that. Living with assistance and assistance to live. Cedar Creek is so much more than assisting to live, they are assisting to THRIVE! Since the one I care for has been at Cedar Creek, the quality of his life and outlook has improved. I have found nothing but very respectful staff. The entire facility is impeccably clean and well cared for. The food is better than other assisted living facilities Ive experienced. The activities are fun and upbeat. If I could add an extra 5 more stars, I would!

We visited several facilities trying to find the best home for our mom. When we walked into Cedar Creek, we knew almost immediately we had found her home. There is such a comfortable feel when you walk in and after meeting some of the staff, we just knew this was the perfect fit. If you are looking for a safe, comfortable place for your family member, I highly recommend putting Cedar Creek at the top of your list.

I visit Cedar Creek Of Fort Wayne often. The community is small and the staff are very friendly. Whenever I have a question it’s easy to find the Executive Director or DON because their door is always open. I highly recommend this community, they offer excellent care and compassion! Every time I am walk in Jessica always has the residents engaged in a fun activity. This community is a hidden gem!

Cedar Creek of Ft. Wayne is a great facility with the friendliest staff. They all seem to love their job and their residents wholeheartedly. From the time you pull into the parking lot, you can see that this facility is cared for and maintained on a daily basis. You are always welcomed with a smile. The residents always appear to be well taken care of and loved. I think this staff is amazing!!! Would definitely recommend!!

I had the pleasure of experiencing Cedar Creek of Ft. Wayne during one of their quarterly community and family events. Needless to say, I was highly impressed with the facility as a whole. It is a very well maintained facility with a staff that treats each other, each resident, and each visitor like family. It appears that their dining facilities and food are liked and appreciated by the residents. The activities and the activities coordinator are exceptional and loved by the residents. The ED along with her management staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The maintenance of the facility is absolutely Top Notch!! I would recommend this small homelike facility to anyone looking for a forever home for a family member. Great Job!!

I love this community so much! It's very homey. It's on the smaller side which is a great benefit for the residents who live there. They focus on the individual and learn their likes and dislikes. They have a wide variety of activities, and the food is delicious! The building is well kept and clean. Best assisted living in Fort Wayne!

The staff here are always positive and in great spirits! I think that they add value to the lives of their residents. There is normally music playing (sometimes live music) when I come into the building. There are fun events that they host and games to play. They have a variety of meals and sweet treats. I was once greeted with a delicious warm brownie with vanilla ice cream on top! Cedar Creek of Fort Wayne is a place I would consider taking my own grandmother to when the time comes. They treat you like family here and make you feel welcome ™

My mom has been at Cedar Creek Assisted Living now for almost 2 years and we all continue to be pleased with the care she receives. We appreciate that Cedar Creek is a smaller, family oriented community. All staff, from the Executive Director to housekeeping, are attentive and caring and often go over and above to assure satisfaction.

Dave and I could not have chosen a better home for my Dad. The staff is absolutely wonderful! The facility is beautiful. They were extremely helpful obtaining hospice when the time came. I never felt completely overwhelmed as they help me get through everyday. Maintenance (Aaron) went above and beyond assisting us with Dads move in and ultimately move out of his room. This is a lovely one story community with a staff who really cares. It is easy to navigate tucked back on Butler Road. Its quiet and homey with an Executive Director who is committed to providing the best possible experience for her residents. There is simply not enough space to elaborate about the excellence provided at Cedar Creek. This facility is extremely organized and clean inside/out. From the landscaping, curb appeal and welcoming signs to the bright smiles from staff and families upon the moment of entering. This special place is a small community with a mighty big team full of compassionate staff both clinical and non-clinical. The management administration, nursing, activities, dietary, environmental departments all communicate effectively and support one another. A helping hand is always readily available to direct anyone in the right direction. I would recommend Cedar Creek Fort Wayne to my family, friends, and anyone else searching for an assisted living facility.

Cedar Creek of Fort Wayne is a wonderful family atmosphere for all Assisted Living Patients to feel cared for, the staff are patient and understanding and very knowledgeable to help assist the Residents and their families with peace of mind and comfort. The Activity Department is fantastic and the other department leaders participate monthly in doing an activity with the Residents. Very welcoming and a warm feeling is felt throughout the whole building.
