Aspen Creek in Sullivan is one of the most engaging memory care communities where we are privileged to offer our hospice care services. The nursing team and the aides are so compassionate and bring kindness, joy and laughter to the residents. The Hands of God Hospice team has experienced great communication in a very short time and we are so happy to be additional support in their community. When caring for a patient with dementia and their families at the most vulnerable of times, collaboration in care is absolutely crucial! Their expertise in dementia care and dedication to helping their residents live their best life is a top priority and and we love walking that journey with Aspen Creek team!

My mother has been at Aspen Creek since February of this year. The facility is very nice and clean. The care is top notch. The aids do their best to help make sure all the individuals needs are met. The aids care. The aids make a difference. The nurses answer questions if we have any. The nurses help us understand the journey we are on. This journey is a tough one for my mother and us. Thanks to Aspen Creek for taking care of our mother and giving my brother and I peace of mind. We know our mother is safe at Aspen Creek. If you need a great and dependable place for your family member, call Aspen today. You will not be disappointed.

I can't say enough good comments about Aspen Creek. The moment I walked in I was met with friendly, caring staff, the aroma of homemade food, and a safe home for my mother. In August, our family was told that my mother had little chance of survival. We took the opportunity to move her to Aspen Creek after hearing wonderful reviews from professional staff in different counties. My mother is now thriving. Aspen Creek of Sullivan is truly a hidden gem.

Our mom has been in Aspen Creek for a bit over a year. Since day one she has been happy, safe and has had excellent care. We can’t say enough great things about this place. Everyone that works there is friendly, caring and kind. Alzheimer’s is a horrible disease that steals so much from your loved ones. Aspen Creek treats these patients with respect and dignity! We can’t ask for anything more than that. It gives us peace of mind that she is receiving the best possible care. ’

My dad's final home was Aspen Creek, and his journey was a very challenging one, which took him to a few different facilities prior to finding Aspen Creek, just out of coincidence and desperation. My dad suffered a stroke, which left him without speech, and his was a very difficult case. Lisa was the most supportive and helpful person who gave my dad a chance when others would not. The staff did everything in their power to get my dad moved and settled quickly, and we knew as soon as we arrived and saw the comfortable home and welcoming staff, that we had finally landed in the right place. Shelby is an absolute saint, and I was able to call and text her directly for updates on my dad, as I was further away than I would have liked to have been. She and her staff provided love and care to my dad, even when it wasn't so easy. I will be forever grateful for her openness and honesty when my dad began to decline, and she encouraged and supported our decision to bring my dad home to be with us in what ended up being his final days. We are so grateful to Aspen Creek and would recommend their home to any family. Although it was far from our home, we wanted my dad to stay there due to the wonderful care from the staff. Even though I was away, I knew he was loved and cared for. Thank you so very much, Lisa, Shelby, and Staff!

If I could I would give 100 Stars! I had my mom in a " skilled " facility for over two years and I Never felt comfortable. I decided to put a camera in her room ( on a Saturday ) by Monday I was ready to have a stroke at the Lack of care I was seeing and the Humiliating situations they put my mom in! I am beyond Blessed that my friend Lisa who is there Director of outreach just happened to call me and could tell I was upset. When I told her what was happening, she said why is she still there? I said because nobody will take her because of her colostomy bag! Lisa had my mom in her facility the following Saturday ( 5 days later )! I no longer feel I NEED to be there Everyday, I Know she is SAFE! Every staff member is caring, compassionate, loving, respectful and supportive! The owner took it upon herself to work with my mom's insurance...Again above and beyond!! I was prepared to put a camera in my mom's room Again but since day one I Never felt the need! I feel So Blessed to have my mom there!

Aspen Creek is providing top notch care for my mom. Mom is happy, comfortable and making friends. I am thrilled that she is safe. She may not know me all the time, but Lisa and Shelby moved heaven and earth to make sure we were comfortable with every single step of this process. Alzheimers/dementia is hard enough on a family without having to worry about the level of care that is being received. With Aspen Creek I don’t have to worry.

I can say nothing but good about Aspen Creek. They accepted my Mom in with open arms, they cared for her with excellent, loving care. If she refused they found a way so that she wouldn’t refuse. I give this staff 10 stars. Thank you for the care you gave her. You are amazing.
