My Mom has been at Generation's for a few years now. They employ very caring staff. They truly care about taking care of my Mom, Dorothy. They tell me that she makes them laugh and that is good for everyone! Carianne is very caring also. She truly knows who my Mom is and what her needs are. Brittany is Mom's Dr. who comes Generation's to see Mom. She truly takes the time to listen to Mom and understand from her point of view. That means so much! Not only do these people know about Mom but they know me when I come and always greet me with how Mom's doing. I'm pleased with so many aspects of Generation's! Donna

My mom has been here for 4 years. The staff is the best!! They are wonderful with my mother who has dementia. This disease is very difficult. They have the qualified staff that understands the stages and the help I need. The staff is very caring and love their jobs!! It shows every time I communicate with them. No complaints!! My sister-in-law has lived at Generations for several years and we are grateful for the wonderful care she gets there. The staff is especially skilled and caring. Whenever I call the director Caelyn or other staff they are happy to take the time to answer my questions or concerns. Twyla, the social director, has especially given lots of TLC to both my loved one as well as all the residents.

My Mother has been in assisted living in Washington state for 2 years. She is being moved to Generations assisted living in Rathdom Idaho!Our family is impressed with more than we could possibly list here!Cleanliness and moral start from the top! That`s what we`ve found here, a loving, caring uppermanagement, and a hand picked staff to match!By coincidence, friends of mine that are vendors in this region, told me, that of all the places they work in, hey think this is one of the best and cleanest!That`s why our dear 94 year old mother, will be finishing her earthly experience here---------

It is really satisfying to know that we were able to find such an outstanding facility, when it became time for my husband to go into assisted living. I really am sad that I am having a hard time mentioning one outstanding helper as they are all terrific. I naturally have several favorites of course, but they all seem to take excellent care of my husband. I will always speak very highly of Generations.

My parents moved into Generations nearly two years ago after my dad fell and broke his hip and my moms dementia got worse. Caelyn managed to place them in adjoining rooms allowing them to have a bedroom and sitting room. Because the facility is three separate houses, it feels more homey than many facilities which made my mother more comfortable.When my father needed hospice care later in the year, the staff coordinated with hospice and took wonderful care of him and made things as easy as possible for our family, allowing us to stay day & night.My mother is still living there. While the last year, due to Covid, has been challenging and heartbreaking, they made every effort to set up telephone, on-line, window visitation (which didnt work well with my mom) until June when limited visitation was allowed. Their first case of Covid was just after Christmas and visitation had to be shut down again, but they have made every effort to keep the families informed, including sending pictures and having an on-line family support group. But the facility is again Covid free and I get to visit Mom again this afternoon.feel so blessed we found Generations when we needed it. And for the staff that is so caring of not only the residents, but their families too. Until Covid, I would visit 4-5 times a week at various times of day. I got to know many of the staff that worked House 2 and the other residents. Haley has been there from the beginning and we adore her along with Caelyn (director) and Becky (nurse). Also Carmel and Chris (housekeeping & maintenance) who always take time to greet the residents when they are in the house. There are newer staff members that I havent gotten to know (names elude me) since Covid, but my limited interaction puts me at ease because I can tell they care. There was only one staff member (at the beginning) that I didnt like the way she interacted with my father. I let the management know of my concerns and evidently others had too because she was dismissed shortly afterI noticed there was one bad review and would like to point out that it was 7 years ago and the facility was under different management at that time.

Generations is the only assisted living facility that I can recommend with complete confidence and without hesitation. They have lovingly taken care of my father for five years and I am forever grateful to each and everyone for their kindness and caring hearts! This facility is 5 stars for sure!

I am recognizing Hailey Dismukes who works with my husband who has alzheimers. I know this a challenging disease. but Hailey is patient and kind. She always has a smile. I can see my husband is happy when she is helping him. I also appreciate her keeping me up-to-date on his status. I must also say ALL the staff have been caring and available.

My husband has been a resident at Generations since February 2015, up until COVID I visited my husband 5-6 days a week and got to know all, that worked and cared for the residents. The people working at Generations are loving and genuinely care about the residents. Twila took over the activity director and has done a wonderful job with all levels of abilities. Finding and doing fun things that bring happiness to residents..she is a gem.

My husband didnt do well at the first memory care home he was in, so we moved him to Generations, Rathdrum,, and he is doing so much better. The staff seems to have genuine affection for him, which makes all the difference. He seems comfortable and content now. I havent gotten to know the staff very well, because of Covid restrictions. Twyla is the person I know best. She sends photos and gives me details about the things he is doing, which means a lot to our family. When Covid is behind us, I hope to become more acquainted with the entire staff.

Generations is the BEST Facility I have ever been a part of. As the Life Enrichment Director, I can say we know how to have fun with our residents! As the previous Wellness Coordinator, I saw the time and caring that goes into meeting the resident needs. When I started at Generations, I was the H1 Lead and the care staff in all houses treat the residents with respect and love. Overall: Generations is a BIG family in a home style setting. Im blessed to be a part of this team!

My mother has been very comfortable and happy there. Its a very homey environment with very good meals. The staff is very caring, even the cooking staff and the maintenance man, Chris. During the Covid crisis, the staff stepped up their game and went to great lengths to keep the residents not only physically healthy but mentally too. Including online support group meetings between staff and family members. Since my mother is not one for group activities, the Activities Director, Twyla, discovered my mother enjoys her hair being curled so Twyla spends one on one time with mother curling her hair andchatting. There is no such thing as aPerfect facility, but management (Caelyn) anNursing (Becky) have always been responsive. Highly recommend!

The staff at Generations have always been very friendly and welcoming. My father-in-law didnt think he would like living in a care facility; however, I think he has come to like having the extra care and company of the other residents. Lol, the only thing he complains about is the food. He doesnt seem to be loosing a bunch of weight, so it cant be to big of a complaint.

Generations is a facility where I would be honored to have any of my family members reside in. Its been a privilege to be employed by Heather and Tim Gray for the past five years. During this time I had the best leaders, mentors, and employers that I could ever ask for. Everyone that works here has the kindness heart and cares for the residents as if they were their own family. That is something that will never change. This facility thrives for nothing but greatness!!! They take care of not only the residents but also insure their familys feel welcome and at home. When you can, and have, provided the best of facilities, care, nutrition and fun living to a multitude of the elderly for so many years you can know you are not in the minority, but stand alone and set the standard by which all are judged.
