A Place For Mom
SCI - A lot of apts. had a lot of air leaking in around the windows and the door in the bedroom that went out to the patio/balcony. There seemed to be no insulation in the master bedroom wall that was against the outside. There were a few pipes/sprinklers busting and flooding apts. in different locations. The carpets were not taken up nor walls replaced in some of those. Seem to have manager/maintenance leaving often. Not close to a bus. Strange, thin carpeting. BRs are big, with lots of pantry/closet room. Can be cliques among tenants. Parking not assigned, and can cause arguments. Has an elevator. Seem to avoid tenants who need caregivers or some kind of help.
