Thank you so much for your professional, kind and genuine care you provided our mother and family during such a difficult time. MaryCarter was exceptional finding my mom wonderful caregivers- Adeline, Sarah and Janepher- who are amazing women with huge hearts. The patience, understanding and love they gave while caring for our mother was wonderful and very much appreciated. MaryCarter even jumped in one morning to stay with Mom when our family had a scheduling conflict. That just goes to show that this is not just a business to MaryCarter. She wants to provide the best service she can to her clients and families. Anytime I called, MaryCarter or our ladies, they would do what they could to meet our needs. Griswold Home Care provided services for my parents for over a year and did a truly outstanding job. My mother had Alzheimers and my father was her primary care giver for years. When he died, my sisters and I looked at a variety of residential memory care facilities throughout central Florida but decided to first try Griswold to provide 24-7 care for our mother. We could not have had a more positive experience. All of Griswolds caregivers were the most caring, friendly, compassionate, professional, loving, and dependable people. They exceeded all our hopes and expectations for the services they provided to our family. We can never adequately express our appreciation for the stellar care the Griswold workers provided for our mother. Simply put, they loved and cared for her like she was their own mother. As for Griswolds team at the office, Herm, Mary Carter, and Carolyn are caring and consummate professionals who took care of all the details and kept in regular contact with us to ensure that things ran smoothly. On the very rare occasions when something needed their attention, they took care of it efficiently and effectively. We have nothing but praise for Griswold and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing quality, compassionate in-home care for a loved one.

My dad is a young 87 and recently had a hip replacement. He was adamant about recuperating at home but needed some help with daily living, making and keeping appointments, shopping, etc. We called Griswold on the advice of a friend and were thrilled with the results. Its like they made the exact right person to help out with dad - age, personality, temperament were all perfect. She had a great work ethic and kept him entertained while caring for him. What a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Griswold and in particular Herm and Mary Carter Eich should you ever need homeware for a loved one!

I have dealt with numerous agencies in the Orlando area over the past 5 years. Dealing with Herm and Mary Carter has been by far my best experience. If somebody is needed last minute, or a certain caregiver just doesnt work out for whatever reason, they will not quit until they find you the perfect replacement. I am impressed by their genuine care for their clients and their dedication to being the best agency they can be. It is near to impossible to find an agency to top this one. Please keep in mind, when hiring a caregiver through an agency, sometimes it takes a couple times to get the right fit of a personality to blend in with usually an entire family, not just the person receiving care. Dont get discouraged with the agency if this happens. What matters is the way in which an agency handles that situation if it were to arise. An agency can do the very best in screening and hiring, but they arent at your loved ones house all day to watch the caregivers performance all day long. That is where you will find that the owners Herm and Mary Carter, separate themselves from the rest of the agencies in town, of which I have used many. They take the time to develop a relationship with you so they have a very good understanding of what your families exact needs are. And you need to communicate with them as well if there is something you arent happy with. They cant fix it if they dont know about it. They have always come through for our family, even in a moments notice. Its very important when you are depending on others to care for your loved one, that you know they are skilled, they can be trusted and the person receiving care is in safe hands when you cant be there. Its the hands on approach they use that you will love. I promise, you wont be going agency to agency if you heed my words. And to the review I just read below mine. I have to laugh, and I mean no disrespect. But that is exactly what I am talking about with Herm. I can see him going out of his way to help a person in need of a moving company not an agency!! If that isnt going above and beyond I dont know what is. That review was actually a testimony of the kind of person Herm is. And Avi Satlow, your description of Griswolds, especially the racist comment, totally untrue!!
