Reviews Almost Family
April 2016
I have to say first that the lady they sent to care for my mother Josephine was really nice and great personality , my discontent was when I found that that she was coughing and did not wear a mask or was disclosed when she went to meet with my mother or by the office manager. I was told that she had allergies and my mother's dogs hair set it off. During my conversation with the office manager Bella about my discontent with her coughing she did not even offer an apology she just justified the "allergies" and did not seem to understand that you do not send any staff members under this condition to care for a patient that had just left the hospital, my mother had to close her bedroom door all night to avoid the inconvenience and fear of catching any bacteria that you spit out when you cough.. pretty absurd ..
