A year has passed since I moved my mom to Renew and I should have moved her sooner. The staff treat mom (and all the people who make Renew their home) like they are family. They are respectful, kind and maintain a healthy sense of humor - never an ounce of sarcasm or frustration. The medical care that Bloom Healthcare provides as they round every week is fantastic. The "extras" make my mom's days: wonderful daily activities (outdoors and in), exercise, happy hour, movies in their theater, chapel, and parties. Everyone is included and participates to their ability, as the staff adjusts activities to meet individual needs. After dealing with dementia in my family for 15 years, it's wonderful to be in a place where they recognize it as a family disease affecting family members. Renew provides support though activities for all family members to participate, as well as a support group for just family members. Renew has brought me peace of mind to one of life's most difficult situations.

My grandmother was moved into Renew about a year ago. Although every business send to be having staff turnover now, especially healthcare workers experiencing burn out, Renew is adjusting to these challenges with thoughtfulness and care. All concerns we have had about her health have been addressed swiftly and with thought for, not only her recovery, but her comfort as well. I visit at least weekly and it every time it is clean and tidy, and cleaning continues while I'm there. All of the caregivers treat my grandmother with patience and kindness, and without condescension; I have observed this not only while I'm visiting with her, but in the way other residents are treated as well. All of these things are so important and still, Renew finds time to plan activities, outings and things to enhance their residents' daily lives Keep up the wonderful work you are doing!

I have had the pleasure of working with Renew for 3+ years as a partner in the senior care industry. I always have great confidence when recommending Renew Saddle Rock Memory for it's progressive-thinking care model and compassionate care team! This community is truly set apart in the way they look at how to care for our loved ones suffering with dementia and have done their research and training so they can help families they work with understand and navigate what to expect. As a former practicing physical therapist assistant, you learn one of the most important things to being healthy and strong is nutrition but for seniors it becomes much more difficult in communal living settings where meals are prepared for large numbers. Renew has created a culinary structure to ensure they have the best chances of providing proper nutrition to their residents, even in small portions, or in finger foods for those who don't sit long enough to complete a meal, as the desire for food decreases. This detail is so important and often not a focus in assisted living or memory care settings! The community itself is beautiful, in a quiet area of town, the floor plan is open allowing for lots of natural light and room for residents to walk about, not to mention a secure courtyard area where they can enjoy the outdoors safely. I highly recommend Renew Saddle Rock to anyone looking for a memory care setting for their loved one!

I can't rate Renew Saddle Rock and it's wonderful staff highly enough. Both my parents were residents there together for a short time before my mom passed from Alzheimer's. My father then spent the next two years in a large private room and bathroom. While he loved his privacy (sitting in his favorite recliner enjoying the view from his window), he also enjoyed getting out to engage in social activities on offer whenever he wished. He especially loved to get up early and have a cup of coffee at the bar while watching the news and chatting with residents and staff. He enjoyed watching sports, playing various games with others, doing puzzles, listening to visiting musicians, going for weekly outings on the bus, and of course the food! In addition to various daily social activities, Renew's services included assistance with showering, hygiene and dressing, incontinence care, haircuts, foot and nail care, and frequent medical checkups with Bloom Health. While the services and facilities were all first rate, it was the kind, caring, compassionate, competent staff that really made the difference. Every staff member greeted my father by name and got to know him on a personal basis. He frequently commented to me how he always felt safe, valued, respected, and even loved by all the staff. Despite his dementia and other physical ailments, his quality of life was very high and he saw Renew as his home. My family and my own interactions with all levels of staff were also first rate. They were all helpful, informative and responsive to any questions or concerns I might have. The compassion, empathy and understanding I(we) personally received during this difficult time our lives was both needed and healing. The quality of care and concern my parents received from Renew gave me such a needed peace of mind, that I was able to just visit and enjoy times together with them without undue worry or stress. The work these wonderful individuals do is truly heroic and I can't thank them enough.

Renew has simply been a great find. My Mom has been there about 2 years now. The staff is amazing. They have succeeded to maintain a high level of service despite all the challenges of Covid. I am so grateful for Renew and all the staff members. This is a unique facility unlike so many places that I toured before finding Renew. I highly recommend this place.

I moved my father from a facility in northern Colorado to Renew Saddle Rock (RSR) in early May 2019. The change was like taking him from being in a black and white movie to being in a high definition color film. I am so pleased with the care he gets at RSR, from the administration, to nursing, to hands-on care, to housekeeping, to activities, and more. Their chef Holly is amazing and so dedicated! The entire staff is committed to excellence, and my Dad is simply happier at RSR. They frequently keep me up-to-date with their events, and I have quick access to all staff members. RSR is quite new and looks it, and it fits in well with its surrounding neighborhood. I am so happy that Dad is living at Renew Saddle Rock! << update, 26 August 2019 >> Im terribly sad to report that Dad recently died. I miss him so very much. The RSR staff were terrifically supportive and compassionate during his final days. I greatly appreciate all they did. They were wonderful.

Jessie, it is with great sadness that you have had a disappointing experience at Renew. Our loved one has been in this facility for over two years. We have had nothing but absolute wonderful care. The staff and Executive Director have always been nothing but wonderful to our loved one. The chefs on staff Holly, Kara, Spencer, Laverne, Norma and Suzanne have all gone above and beyond with making sure she always has meals that are appropriate for her. She has always gotten along with all staff members and residents. I would highly recommend this facility for anyones loved one. This is a place anyone would be proud to call home.

This place is fantastic! My Mom stayed here for memory-hospice care. Diane Hill and her staff are just amazing people. They are so caring, compassionate and competent. Everyone there is on the same page and work really well together. My Mom previously was at another facility in the Aurora-Parker area for 5 months until we moved her to Renew. The difference in care quality and communication between the two places is like night and day. Renew SaddleRock does it right. Also, as an extra bonus, the food there is actually really good. That is not always the case at these places. Holly is their chef and she even prepared a special vegetarian meal for my wife that was quite delicious. Thank you Diane, Erika, Austin, Holly and your entire staff for everything you did for us. Were forever appreciative.

Renew Saddlerock stands high above all other memory care communities in the area. My mom is a current resident and this the 4th place shes had to call home. WE actually call Renew home. Dementia is very difficult for residents but also for family members. The staff at Renew Exceed expectations, it isnt just a job to them, its a demonstrated passion. They became part of our family. They not only take exceptional care of my mom, they genuinely care how this journey is impacting us and go above and beyond to help ease the stress. They communicate effectively and frequently. They provide AMAZING meals (included) for family members to dine with their parents and family is included in all community activities and events. In previous facilities, my mom never wanted to participate and so she was always just left in her room. At Renew, she wants to be out, she responds amazingly to the staff, sometimes better then she does to us, in difficult situations. The staff show such compassion and dignity to residents and have enough patience for themselves and two other people combined in one. In over two years, the last 3 months are the only time Ive genuinely felt my mom is safe and loved when we cant be with her.

My mom has been a resident at Renew Saddle Rock a year and 8 months. Our family is very pleased with their competent staff at ALL levels of care. The facility provides continuous training with their specific company goals for each one of their employees, in their own educational background. The healthcare employees give their time graciously and patiently. The medical staff continue to give the best care to the resident and works with each family keeping them updated in their wellness care. The Chief takes great interest in all the residents, she caterers to each one of them individually, and delivers delicious meals not only to the staff, but wonderful meals for the residents and their families on all family holidays. The staff works hard to plan activities that are specific to the residents. Administration have every resident in their best interest and the property manger works daily to keep this fabulous home comfortable for your loved one.

Their management team really cares about their residents and families. Its always clean and spotless as their staff is dedicated to providing the best care possible. Jessie, I was so shocked to read your review of Renew, as my experience with my father as a resident there was the opposite. My father moved into Renew 2 1-2 years ago. While he sometimes grumbled about his food choices, he always spoke highly of the staff. He would tell me that he felt safe there. He and his little dog lived there together. My father died October 5 after a long life of 94 years. I will always be grateful for the loving care that Dad received there. The staff went out of its way to celebrate his 94th birthday by throwing a party for him which included his entire family. It was a wonderful celebration which really pleased him. After his death, Renew offered to have a memorial service for Dad. Again, the staff went out of its way to welcome my friends and family. The chef prepared some of Dads favorite foods to serve at the reception, and the activities director worked with me to provide music and professional programs for the guests. I could not have asked for a more fitting memorial service. Kudos to the entire staff of Renew Saddle Rock.

We moved our mom here due to ugly circumstances at another facility and are SO happy we did. I see ALL staff help residents and treat them with nothing but love. I moved my Mother to Peregrine ..Now Renew... over year and half ago. The facility was obviously new and clean. My mother has received excellent care at Renew and was a needed change from Brookdale. My mother use to walk 10 miles a day and this place has a long circle hallway track which is beneficial for the restless condition of these folks. Unfortunately my Mom is wheelchair bound. The staff always have her up, dressed, fed and participating in the daily activities even if she cannot interact or speak. I go and feed her meals and the food is very likeable unlike the mush they served at Brookdale. The new Management for Renew are implementing good changes. Unfortunately, all these places have a certain degree of staff turnover which honestly you just have to expect. When I visit, the staff always share a few stories of Mom with me and overall the care has been very good. I would highly recommend this home for your loved one.

I dont usually give positive reviews, but this place deserves it! Ive moved my mom 9 times around Denver and even Co Springs. Most were more expensive than this place and none of them had enough staff that were properly trained on how to deal with memory - dementia issues. Since moving my mother in in Feb 2018, my stress level has gone down immensely. Thanks to these folks for all their help. They also do auto payments which is nice. I would like to see improved communication to loved ones via email updates on activities or weekly postings of activities.

We came in yesterday to do a tour for our Mom and Dad. I was really impressed with the staff, and how the other community members are treated. When seeing how well they treat the other families and staff there I was impressed. I can tell when a place only wants our business, but this place has made us feel welcome and know that our parents will be well taken care of. We have made our decision to come here based on the price, care and treatment. I know our parents will be happy and safe here. The price was perfect and knowing I dont have to worry about them while they are here is what we were looking for.

They have activities 7 days a week, they genuinely care about the residents, the food is fantastic and the staff is just plain amazing. I recently visited their facility in southeast Aurora to see what the facility was like and meet some of the staff there. I have visited more than fifty communities in Colorado and was very impressed with how well this location was setup and built to provide the best care for those with Alzheimers or some form of Dementia. The staff has years of experience and showed great care and concern for their residents and families. The program that Peregrine provides is truly unique and I am glad there is a community like this to provide care for those who are most vulnerable. I have recently visited this property while looking for a place to call home for my dad. I was very impressed with the staff and their knowledge of how to treat and care for people with memory issues. I watched the staff interact with the residents, care for, and answer my questions. Warm, kind and friendly. They even have chickens for pets! Loved this facility.
