My parents both lived at Sunrise Wood Ranch for the last 6 months, my father just passed. They have been treated with kindness and respect, the care managers are very caring. Through med changes and bumps in the medical road the med techs and Nursing Director were beyond helpful and communicative with all necessary parties.The Coordinators of all of the differing communities helped find the right places for my parents differing needs. And the Director was available when I needed her as well.Very good experience!

I really appreciate the way Sunrise team members care for their residents! One of the most moving events I’ve ever attended at a senior living community was at Sunrise on Veterans Day. The way they involved their residents in the ceremony and celebrated their residents was not only inspiring but also endearing. I’m grateful to have Sunrise as a community partner with a common goal…to go above and beyond caring for the precious seniors in this community!

Our 91 year old Dad has been residing at Wood Ranch for the last year and a half. He is very happy and comfortable there. The staff who interact with him are always patient, kind, understanding and teasing (to match my Dad's personality :0) with him as are the nursing staff and management. The facility is very nice and well kept. I/we have eaten with him several times (be it breakfast, lunch or dinner) and we are always impressed at the many different choices and how much Dad can have (especially at breakfast). Some days he says he skips lunch because he is still so full from breakfast. Anytime we have questions it never takes long for any of the staff to get back to us if they are not readily available. And many times ALL caregivers as well as ALL management have gone out of their way for my Dad and his children when we have needed assistance with something. They are hard working and I see them always striving to be better and come up with new ideas and activities for the residents. Tending to seniors is a challenging job but Sunrise at Wood Ranch Assisted Senior Living they make it look easy!! Kudos to everyone who cares and looks out for our Dad when we are not always able to be there. If you are looking for a a new home for your parent(s) where they will be happy and well cared for, look no further, Sunrise at Wood Ranch is the place!

When we were searching for the proper location for my Father we under a high level of stress wanting to find a location that could support his needs and ours! After visiting many facilities and home health care locations we were warmly welcomed at Sunrise! It was so important that we the family were included in dads journey, we became family as well as their staff became part of our family! Knowing dad is always being well cared for like family allows us to rest well when we were not with him!

Bravo, Reminiscence staff! I have to admit that when I brought my step-mom to you, I already knew you would be perfect. You see, through my sons work he had visited nearly every memory care facility within an hour in every direction. I remember him describing how the Reminiscence neighborhood was far and beyond superior to all others. Your staff knew each resident in detail and cared deeply about each resident. I am so thankful for the service that you provide! You and your staff make such a difference in all our lives.

Such a beautiful community! I have worked closely with their Sales Director, Jennifer who goes above and beyond to make sure families and residents are properly cared for and assisted w- navigating the care process. Active and engaged community that allows its residents to maintain a sensed of dignity and self worth. Community is kept clean-organized and the staff are so welcoming, making the families feel comfortable during their loved ones transition of care.

Sunrise at Wood Ranch is a fabulous community. It is a beautiful and clean community. It has a lot of wonderful amenities and is decorated to rich and warm. We chose another community that was more in our price range.

The staff at Sunrise are doing a terrific job! They couldn't be doing better; they are extremely helpful and accommodating with the care of my loved one. They are sure to keep me updated on any changes and concerns. My loved one participates in many activities and he has more than enough to eat. My loved one is enjoying a very comfortable stay here!

My husband is doing very well at Sunrise. Everyone is really trying to get to know him and make him feel comfortable. It's a really nice community and very supportive. They make an attempt to get him involved in activities. They'll come to his room and ask him how he's feeling. He's gone on a few outings and enjoyed it.I think communication is the biggest thing. A community can not find out about a resident by simply looking at a chart. Sunrise has always been good at answering any questions I have. I think sometimes it gets busy and there is a delay in follow-up. The caregivers give 101%. I have nothing negative to say about them.

The care my mother received here for more than a year was outstanding. The Sunrise Team goes above and beyond. The attention to detail when it comes to the resident's physical, medical, emotional, and spiritual well-being is that of excellence and the lines of communication are ongoing. I plan on being a resident there in the future and wow, what peace of mind that gives me in the present as SUNRISE is truly a GIFT to families.
