I had to find a Memory Care Facility for my 91 year old dad with Alzheimers. The Vineyard at Fountaingrove was beautiful. The rooms were bright and clean. The courtyard was cheerful and allowed the residents to sit in the fresh air or putter outside. The staff were wonderful from the beginning and still are. I would highly recommend this Facility.

We looked at 5+ Facilities for my brother who suffered a stroke leaving him with some memory loss. We have been impressed with the care services, staff, food, and Doctor they have on staff that can see the people who live there. My brother has made great progress under their care and they have advocated for his needs and continued therapy.

My mom and dad moved into The Vineyard about a year ago. My dad has since passed. The staff and director has been nothing short of exceptional! The facility is immaculately maintained. They have a good sense of caring for someone with dementia. The meals are delicious and fresh. Very grateful to have this support for my mother

I have been coming to The Vineyard at Fountaingrove for over a year to see my patients that are under hospice- home healthcare. I am always impressed with the staff here and how attentive they are to their residents. The facility is clean and well maintained. Would bring my parents here if they needed memory care in the future. Beautiful building with lovely people.

Love the Director and staff... They have brought a new light to the life of my husband who has Alzheimers disease. I was very overwhelmed in the process of caring for him at home and the people were so kind and helpful. They even helped me move furniture from our house to the facility. I enjoy my visit with my husband much more than I did before. Would recommend this place.

The staff has always been so loving a kind to my mom and our family. It is such a difficult time in a familys life, and they helped us with the many changes we were all facing. Over the past two years we shared laughter, many hugs and a few tears. After a period of adjustment, mom found a community here.

I love working with all the incredible residents and families. One of my favorite parts of the job is helping move in new families with Hurk and Christina. Mom was well taken care of in the community. For over 10 years mom was in some kind of community. Everyplace has problems. The folks at Fountaingrove really attempted to work with us and lovingly cared for our mother. I did not experience price gouging or kicking out of residents as another mentioned. For those who serve there and lovingly care, we were extremely grateful.

Absolutely love this facility, the staff are amazing, Christina is an angel, kind gentle and considerate of each person here, she never misses any details and her attention to detail is beyond expectation. I sing every other week for this wonderful community of people and I adore their spirit and energy. I would highly recommend this for any loved one

It Is a great place! Im 11 years old and my mom works there. I can tell the caregivers really care about the residents and they have great parties too. I would definitely go here to live. I enjoy going and spending time at community when they have the kids events. The residents are nice and make me laugh when they tell funny jokes.

Placing loved ones into a memory care facility can be a very difficult process. My experience with The Vineyard at Fountaingrove, specifically with Christina, has made this so much easier for all of us. She has been so wonderful, kind and patient with our entire family and provided us with multiple tours of the facility. We feel comfortable and happy with our decision and know that our loved ones will be well cared for. The location is a plus too. Thank you, Christina and the staff at The Vineyard. People make the difference and based on visiting there many times I can see the beautiful level of caring from the staff. The Activity Director is the best! She plans high quality activities for the residents and joins in with them. Wonderful!

11-30-18 Highly recommend visiting this excellent, beautiful facility. Ive watched it being built and so happy to meet two of their professional staff who accompanied their van of gentlemen to visit the Charles M. Schulz Museum for an outing. They were so considerate of each persons abilities, likes and needs. I have been a volunteer at the Charles M. Schulz Museum since 2004 and this is the finest caregiving staff Ive encountered.

My mother looks better since moving into Vineyard at Fountaingrove than she has in years. She loves the beautiful facility and the caring staff most of all. There is a nice blend of independence and oversight for my very physically able mother.

The community we have brought To Santa Rosa is not only elegant and thoughtful but offers an elevated and engaging environment with outstanding service delivery by an outstanding team of Ladies and Gentlemen whom deeply care about our family of residents. I look forward to returning next week and due to quality construction, we survived a horrific fire.
