This is a nice place but the executive director [name removed] is a nasty, rude, two-faced female and I'm trying to get a number of corporate or HR so I can play a recorded conversation of her and file several complaints. Can someone please email me those numbers.

My mother was at The Pearl for one month for respite care. The service was outstanding - Executive Director Brittney, the nurses and even the night shift helpers. The facility is well maintained and very clean. The food was excellent and my mother had no complaints at all. I understand the facility was just sold and is under new management and I sincerely hope the new company will not make changes that will cause the level of professionalism and care to suffer.

As a minister I have visited over the years many facilities that help provide care for seniors. The Pearl of the Shoals is top notch! A great staff and friendly residents!!! A wonderful place for seniors to live!! The Shoals is blessed to have this senior community as a resource!

Just moved our Dad in and he loves it! Staff is always cheerful and willing to go above and beyond! The building is clean, maintained and is very home! I would highly suggest Brookdale Shoals to anyone who has concern for their loved ones. Thank you Brookdale staff!!

When you are disabled and no longer able to stay at home and care for your daily needs Brookdale Shoals is a wonderful place to live and be cared for. Your good health is their priority. You are more than just a patient/resident you are family. You have someone to call for help day or night. It takes such a heavy burden off yourself, as well as your family and puts everyone's mind at ease. We have someone to cook our meals, wash our cloths, and to keep our apartments neat and clean. Tonya Belew, Program Coordinator is great. She is always ready to carry us shopping, out to eat, to the doctor and she gives us exercise and whatever else we need. Todd Gillreath, our maintenance director is always ready to help each of us when needed. All we have to do is ask. In other words our health care is most important to each of us as well as the staff. But most of all to our children. They have it here at Brookdale Shoals. Thank God for a wonderful place we have here. Sincerely, Sue Gann Danley
