I took care a client there the first year Covid was exposed, and the staff was very courtesy in making sure everyone was texted for the safety of the residents and yourself. Though it was only a short time for me at the facility. But everyone was professional.

The previous reviews are why I do not rely on these. I read the reviews but decided to tour anyway. I was surprised when I first went in with how clean everything was. All the older folks were laughing, cutting up and having fun with a college sorority that was visiting. I asked to speak with a person that lives there. While touring, we found a lady reading. The sales person excused herself and I got the low down. What she told me was was music to my ears. She explained to me that she didn’t have a strong personal relationship with her family and since moving here, she’s found one. Grips and complaints come and go but happiness always wins. Just my input.

This is a beautiful community with the most friendly staff and residents. I had the privilege to spend some time with both the staff and the residents at an event. Very happy residents with staff and services!

I visited my grandmother recently. She moved from home and was not doing well. This was about 3 months ago. She was losing weight, not taking her medications and falling a lot. She has had a few issues since moving and we always get a phone call. I was so happy after my visit this weekend! She has made friends, gained 5 pounds and is walking better since receiving therapy. I have not seen her this happy in a long time! She has made friends and the staff there are very sweet.

Beautiful community. I had visited for an informational lunch and found the food to be delicious. Everyone appeared to be having happy and am strongly considering this for my loved one.

AMAZING STAFFWe recently visited River Highlands while looking for assisted living or possibly memory care for a family member. My husband and I immediately noticed how friendly the staff was in comparison to other places we visited. We were very impressed from the moment we walked in by how lovely the building and amenities were, but even more so with the care staff after speaking to several of them on our tour. Each of them took the time to come over and introduce themselves, and they kindly offered to answer any specific questions we had about their roles and how they care for the residents there. Wow.Our dear family member will be moving to River Highlands within the next couple of weeks, and we couldnt be more pleased with our choice. He is genuinely excited to move into his new home! Many thanks to the wonderful staff for making this such a smooth process and an easy decision for our family 🙂
