I want to thank everyone at StoneCreek facility for their great work and dedication to helping the residents from the Executive Director Sunny Thompson, to all the heads from each department as well as all the staff members. Also, a special mention to Jhon for his exceptional work with the residents at StoneCreek facility. Our loved one is very happy living there. StoneCreek of Copperfield is a great example for other facilities on how to do the things to make the residents feel like at home.

HealthyMOI Pharmacy is exceptional, especially Patricia. I have traveled throughout the United States and have lived in many areas and have used many different pharmacies and without exception, healthy moi and especially Patricia is by far away the best I’ve ever dealt with she goes far beyond to deal with any issues that have come up in trying to find medicine and insulin that have come up. She is far away the best I’ve ever dealt with. THANK YOU PATRICIA!!!

If food is important to you, steer clear of this place. They publish a weekly menu (prepared by their corporate office) but Stone Creek normally does not follow it. The food quality, service, and commitment to seek input and make it better is just not there.

I love the building. It’s very historical and I also encourage my friends to come and visit me so we can discuss the history on the wall and on the table an hour around and most of my caregivers are just wonderful and they love me and I enjoy chatting with him they enjoy having fun, fun, fun, fun with us especially marie , Sam , Debbie, Dkra and John John And I would recommend.

We are exceptionally happy that we decided to move my Mother-in-law to Stonecreek. It is clean, bright, and the staff is caring and friendly. Sierra and Mark are always receptive to any needs or concerns we express. The food is delicious, fresh, and tasty. My mother-in-law makes us promise to never move her away from StoneCreek. It is a vast improvement over her last place of residence.

This community is loved and well maintained, it’s beautiful inside and out. As are the staff! They have a monthly family night to keep families engaged, activities for the assisted living and memory care side to keep residents social. Everyone is always excited for some bingo. The onsite therapists is hands on and knows her residents well. Great, new option in the neighborhood!

A very professional, personalized and caring environment. Their team works so hard and understand that their relationship and care of its residents is so critical in my mom’s journey. They are experts in geriatric care. They’ve helped us through a very difficult time and helped my mom settled in. Trust is big with me and they’ve earned it. We are their priority and they genuinely care for my moms well being and our family. You cannot ask for more. It’s clean, well-kept and the food is good. Lots of activities to stay engaged and authentic experience. It feels like a home.They are all really just good people!

Toured the facility this week. Beautiful and new. Not quite certified, but taking deposits and giving tours. The tour was very informative and not pushy at all. Every staff member I met was kind and friendly.
