Today was my first day coming into this facility and minus the upgrade at the enterrance, it seemed like things were going great. My brother has been there 1 day and the unit manager, nurses and aides have been very hospitable. I will just say to you keep up the good work.

I have a loved one in imperial nursing home. The air conditioning does not work in the rooms it is extremely hot, some patients have fans but what those they have no family to make sure they are alright. Something needs to be done.

When my mom was transferred to the imperial she was in rough shape. She could hardly sit up in bed and we weren’t sure what recovery looked like. Over the past several months I’ve seen her make leaps and bounds in rehabilitation. The nurses, the cnas, social work and the drs have been so kind and caring throughout her transition into full time care. Very thankful for their hard work and continued patience. My experience was very wonderful, the lady at the front desk was very kind, and helped me check in. The place was very neat, and well put together. This was an absolute amazing experience, the love and compassion shown toward the residents was outstanding. The administration and staff provided warm and friendly greetings. Today I had the privilege of meeting Krystal as she was on her hands and knees scrubbing the floor in room 226B. I’m a frequent visitor and the depth of deep cleaning she was doing was the best I’ve seen at Imperial. She went on to scrub Gary Cunningham’s walker and table. I was most impressed with her and her attitude. Finding hard workers can be extreme difficult and she’s top notch!

My daughters room and bathroom was much too dirty, at times linen was not available when needed. Her Nurse took lunch break with no coverage for her care and she needed her medication. I am grateful for the patient care she did receive and the Physical Therapy that helped her finally get enough strength back to b able to walk again, the information and help from the Social worker and Business office, and she enjoyed the Activities projects. Thank you so much!

My mother has been a resident for over a year so far, she has dementia. The facility accepts Medicaid. We have had no complaints. Our mother is well cared for, the nurses, front desk, and the attendants are top notch. The man that cleans the rooms on my mom’s units is kind and does an exceptional job (I do not know his name, talk, longish hair and glasses).
