Came here worried about an infection after a surgery a month ago, had to wait a little longer than i would have liked after going to the ER but there was quite a few other patients so it makes sense, was treated very well, all the nurses were super nice, dr. White was very professional and helpful, overall my experience was a 9/10.

I had a good experience over a year ago with giving birth to my son, and plan to deliver my next baby there in Feb. During my labor the nurses were kind and encouraging. My only qualm and reasons for four stars over five, is after wards the nurses lacked exceptional knowledge on jaundice and what happens if left un treated. And during my early stages of labor I had said I thought my water broke because I felt something . I was told no your water didn't brake by my day nurse who didn't check. And then the night nurse came in and asked about my water, I mentioned what I though and she swabbed my sheets which was about 6 hrs later and said yes looks like you water did break. My baby and I were both healthy and over all It was a great birth experience,but after knowing you can just swabbed the sheets or you and check for amniotic fluid made me wonder why the first nurse didn't bother to do this especially since she was training another nurse.

I don't usually do reviews but I came in today to get my blood drawn mind you i am TERRIFIED of doing so, and both phlebotomists who took my blood were AMAZING! I can't remember the man's name, and I think the girls name was maybe Ryan? Or with an R. But they made me feel very comfortable and heard, after almost throwing up and passing out the man took the needle out instantly without even a question! Offered water, juice, and time to relax! Definitely was a good experience other then my blood drawing trauma ‚‚

I was sent to Gritman for sever gallbladder pain and ended up needing surgery, my first surgery, and the medical team was the absolute best. I had top of the line care and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
