I'm not sure what's going on but Expert Care hasn't been so "expert" lately. I've been having issues and when I reached out to my clients case manager L.G. andshe completely ignored my text msg. Not very professional. And I really dislike when my hours are being taken away! One hour was taken in one week! WHY?!

I'll have to give between a 2-3 based on the last incident. I've had two great ones, but this past one put my two kids in unsafe situations under their supervision and tried blaming it on me. Whats the point of paying someone to supervise, when I'm working etc and I'm still expected to? my kids are my world and honestly my trust is broken at this point.

As the Program Supervisor of a center for those with disabilities, it is important to know all of our staff are highly trained and prepared for any situation. Jewel was extremely thorough and precise in all of the aspects of CPR/FA skills demonstration. I am confident our staff is prepared and trained to assist in these life saving techniques.
