New Wave is an organization that truly works to help its clients during what is often a stressful moment in their lives. New Wave is flexible and worked with me to develop a caregiver schedule that both took care of our needs and that I could afford. Even better, the caregiver we've been working with is wonderful, which says to me that New Wave does an excellent job of screening. Our caregiver is kind, creative, punctual and stays in communication. And he is male (!) which was something I specifically wanted for my husband. Initial paperwork is always daunting, but New Wave helped me along and now things are running like clockwork. My experience with New Wave has been nothing but positive.

I have worked with New Wave Home Care (NWHC) for almost one year now. The Staffing Coordinator, Care Coordinator and Mr. Royce are incredibly compassionate, flexible, and trustworthy. One staffing coordinator didn't know how to handle the caregiver and scheduling. Her name is Stacy Carbajal.

The most amazing staff, management, and environment. All staffing coordinators are incredibly amazing and helpful, they are so caring and nurturing. They work with your schedule and are always there to help, even at 3 AM. They never fail gesture wise in appreciating all your hard work. It's such a positive and amazing work environment for us the employees and also their clients. I'm glad to be going on one year as an employee here.

I can't say enough good things about New Wave. Not only did they go above and beyond in helping care for my mom, who could be a very difficult person, but Royce skillfully helped us navigate the confusion of her long-term care insurance during a time when everything was pretty overwhelming and we were dealing with it all a lot of the time from a different state. They were always available immediately when we needed something, and I felt like they were our partner in making sure my mom was well taken care of. Their caregivers are compassionate, skilled and patient people who consistently go beyond their normal duties to ensure their patients are safe and happy, and their office staff (Thank you again, Tracy) are amazing. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a caregiver for a loved one wholeheartedly and without reservations!
