I would highly recommend Caring Senior Service of San Antonio. I recently moved to SA with my 87 year old father-in-law. I met with the staff at CSS of SA before the move and immediately, I was impressed by the thoroughness of their approach to my father-in-law and my needs. The aides selected for us are amazing. They are professional, punctual and knowledgeable, but also caring and affectionate. When I had to make several trips pertaining to my move, I was nervous about leaving my father-in-law with people I didn't know very well. However, the staff updated me regularly and did all they could to assure me of the great care he was receiving. I have also received excellent follow-up from management. In short, my experience has only been wonderful.
