Alicia Wade of CareStaf of Dallas is truly a blessing. Alicia has been providing at home skilled nursing support for my Dad for the past year. She is both competent and kind which is rare these days. Alicia is very responsive to my Dad, always going the extra mile to ensure he is well taken care of and keeps me posted on any key updates. My Dad feels very comfortable with Alicia. My Dad trusts Alicia and appreciates how she treats him. Dealing with elder parents can be stressful and Alicia Wade truly understands this and eases my worries!

Carestaf remains a decent company to work for. Shout out to Alicia and the office staff who are always professional and go over and beyond. The only reason why I did not give five stars is because they have a staffing coordinator whom is consistently rude lacking phone etiquette and often operates outside her role. Other than that I am team Carestaf.

Hired CareStaf to support my Mom's stroke recovery, based on Presbyterian stroke rehab hospitals recommendation. They are an excellently managed company with very capable caregivers who can support stroke patients. Also, reliable to fill in shifts or finding the ideal caregivers who Mom trusts.They were also proactive solving a number of transition challenges.

Wendy was very rude to me when I called today for a job as a private care nurse I asked to speak to ms shamondra she was very rude hung up in my face and told me not to call back anymore and that they wasn't going to hire me now it's mighty strange when I was on the phone with shamondra she was willing to help me Im certified and I know my job but why be rude to a employee that's trying to work for your company but that's ok I'll find another job it's just doesn't make any sense for someone to be rude knowing your company need CNA's wendy was the only person being rude to me everyone else was nice and pleasant and she doesn't need her job at all not if you are being rud

In reference to the complaint by Shanuta Thomas regarding my rudeness... I would just like to say that I've worked here at CareStaf for over 22 years...in that time, I have established wonderful relationships with our employees. When I saw this vindictive review about me I wanted to set the record straight...we have Hiring guidelines that we must follow here and Shaunta did not meet them...when I tried to explain to her In a nice way that she was not eligible for hire, she became irate and irrational and decided to leave a negative review about me. I have always treated our employees with kindness and respect and didn't want to leave this without a response.

Carestaf is a great place to work, they offer a variety of employment opportunities ranging from private duty, hospice and med surge clients. They also pay on a daily basis or weekly pay. It is truly a great place to work if needing prn or permanent employment. Ever since signing on with CareStaf, I have been pleasantly satisfied with this company. They go out of their way to ensure the happiness and comfort of their employees just as much as they do their clients. The interviewing process and background check was thorough and complete, and I knew from the start that this company only hired quality staff with the skills and attitude to provide professional services for their clients. I was happy to know that I made the cut. I can see the compassion and caring quality that is consistent throughout a client's care from the first contact with a potential client through the entire period of care. This is even more obvious to me when I receive report from another nurse and take over care of a client and their family. The quality of care is passed on so the continuity ensures that the client receives the best possible care with compassion, diplomacy and regard for cultural and religious distinction. I am fortunate to be employed by such a magnificent company, and if my loved ones were in need of Hospice or Home Care, CareStaf would be my only choice!

Carestaff helped my mom 24/7 for two weeks up until the end of her life, and each one of the nurses we had was exceptional. They were caring and lovely to my mom, just what we wanted for her in her last days. The nurses genuinely cared, even calling when they were not on shift to check on her. They were extremely well trained, professional, polite, caring. (and we had mom in hospice in our home, so it was even more important to find nurses who were respectful.) I highly recommend Carestaff. Our family was can not imagine having any better care than what we received. They were outstanding.

I have worked for carestaf for over 10 years, carestaf are like family to me, always there when I need then. I had a flat tire yesterday two hours before my shift I called Shomada to tell her and that I needed some money to pay for a new tire, Belinda was informed and she left her house and family Saturday to go to the office to give me a loan and it was done before an hour. I will recommend carestaf to everyone because they go above and beyond to see that their clients and staff are taken care of. thanks to the whole team of carestaf.

Julie Borcelon is an Amazing hospice nurse. My mother was given a day or two to live. Julie came to the assisted living facility and was the gift we needed. She kept us informed of my mother's progress since my mother was dying. Julie made sure my mother was not in pain. At least three times Julie gathered our family to inform us of the next steps my mother would be taking ans she progressed towards her passing. Finally Julie got us all together and said "it is time. Your mother has 1-2 more minutes to live." As we said our final goodbyes, my mother passed away. Thank you Care Staff for Julie!
