BrightStar Care of Denton has helped us tremendously after my Veteran husband was discharged from Emergency Hospital for Diabetic Keto Acidosis and other issues Tina called us after the VA approved care was very good at communicating and scheduling with us about the care and needs she has made us feel at ease and like a family member. Judith Nurse came out for assessment and was very helpful with our questions concerning insuln. Roselyn was assigned to us and was excellent in helping us with his care she has been a Godsend very polite and respectful and so helpful with housework, getting my husband to go on walk, a great help to me in getting our house back in order we were in process of completing the addition of downstairs walkin shower and converting office to office/bedroom with closet for his mobility issues. We had prayed for help and God sent us a wonderful woman of God to help. She just came in and started on housekeeping and assisting with what are needs were. It really took alot of burden off of us to have her help. She even brought us Roses they are beautiful. Pauline was helpful as well. Thank you so much for caring for us as family and not just a patient and job.

I am a 78 year old disabled Viet Nam Veteran with several physical issues that not only limit my ability to care for myself but also keep me from properly taking care of my wife of 59 years who is fighting Alzheimers. Our caregiver from Brightstar, Cherita, is a Godsend!! She seems to always know what needs to be or should be done. Transportation, personal care, meal planning, meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal safety needs, etc. etc. Cherita is always there to take care of everything. In addition, Cherita is a warm and wonderful companion for my wife and I can't tell you what a blessing it is for me to know that she has someone to watch and look after her if I need to take a nap or leave the house. In summary let me just say that the quality of our lives has improved dramatically thanks to Cherita's skills, dedication, and hard work. Thank you Brightstar for sharing her with us.

I recently had a hip replacement surgery and am I ever thankful for the referral I received for BrightStar Care Denton. The first couple of weeks after a major surgery are most critical, and the BrightStar team delivered the goods! They were prompt, courteous, and responsive to my needs. If you even need help with Lovenox injections, Brightstar Care in Denton, Tx can help. Nurse Judith (RN) came out, took my vital signs, checked for swelling in ankles, checked blood oxygen, etc. She was thorough, professional, knowledgeble, and compassionate She put me at ease while I gave myself my first Lovenox shot. Boy, was I nervous. But it was eazy peazy! I love Judith!!

BrightStar was very helpful in setting up nursing and caregiver options for my mother in Denton. The staff was pleasant and professional and were willing to do almost anything to help her. Particularly helpful were assists with bathing and laundry. I highly recommend this company and will use them again should the need arise.

I would like to share with you the two things that matter the most to me when I think of this agency; My experience with BrightStar Care Denton agency and staff and also how this agency has benefitted my family. I knew about BrightStar because I hired them in Houston to assist with care of my parents in 2013 through 2016. I loved how they vetted caregivers, how they trained them and the high level, consistent professional care and support they provided. They kept their word and provided the ability for me to manage their care from Dallas, giving me peace of mind and providing Mom and Dad a strong sense of autonomy. I was glad to find BrightStar, Denton, and owner, Vamsi Dodla, for my own needs after a recent serious injury. His professional caregivers have helped me get to rehab and doctor's appointments. They check in for a covid screening before they come to my house. I have found them to be as capable as the team in Houston. My daughter has been especially comforted knowing they are there for me as she lives 150 miles away. The benefits of using this agency are many. You will not be disappointed if you hire them. You could not find a more accommodating and kind owner.

My ten year old daughter has Nephrotic Syndrome/FSGS, requiring her to receive three times weekly infusion treatments. I have been trying for the better part of a year to secure home healthcare services to administer her infusion treatments so that I wouldn't have to drive an hour each way to Ft. Worth three times a week. Enter BrightStar Care Denton... Our nurse, Dustin, has been an absolute God send! Dustin is great with my daughter and makes sure that all her treatments go smoothly and pain-free, and is not only a consummate professional, but genuinely cares about my daughter's health and wellbeing. He has a great bedside manner and makes a long, boring infusion treatment (4+ hours) go by quickly, joking around with both my daughters and myself, and helping to put my girl at ease. We have had many nurses over the years, and I can honestly say that Dustin is by far one of our absolute favorites, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of the same care. Thank you Dustin for putting up with my crazy family, and for making these infusion treatments relaxing and easy - you're the best!!

My experience with BrightStar has been wonderful. The owner has always been very attentive and helpful in scheduling caregiving and following my urgent requests in a timely manner. The staff and nurses have also been kind and helpful. In particular, the Director of Nursing, Shari, has always been responsive, attentive, kind, and helpful in meeting my dad''s needs (and providing useful recommendations). I love the whole person treatment approach, understanding, and prompt communication of the staff. My dad's caregiver, Domingo, has done an amazing job taking care of my dad and is a true professional who strives for excellence! He has been a blessing to my dad and I. He is friendly, kind, compassionate, considerate, flexible, and extremely thorough in the details of my dad's care (which is very important to me and he is someome I trust with my dad..which is so hard to find). He consistently goes beyond and above his duties/expectations to provide great care! Domingo has a great sense of humor, has great rapport with his clients, is well-liked, and builds a genuine relationship with them. My dad trusts him and enjoys spending time with him (i.e., besides the daily routine he makes sure my dad exercises, laughs, plays pool/chess/cards with him etc.). Five stars and my highest recommendations for BrightStar caregiving!!!
