I have been a caregiver for Assured Home Nursing Services since July of 2012 and I am very happy with every aspect of the work and how the company is run. Josi and Rebecca are not only wonderful managers but are also very kind and compassionate Registered Nurses. They show they truly care about each and every one of their clients and myself and my fellow employees. They have a strong focus on making sure that each client not only has a caregiver with the skills needed for the job but also a personality that will mesh well in their home environment. The way they assign cases is very thoughtful for both the client and caregivers. They try to always make sure the commute is reasonable and the hours fit everyone's schedules. Compensation is very fair and they value and reward good caregivers. There are many caregivers working for Assured that have been with the company for 8-15 years and more and there are many reasons for that. I take great pride in working for Assured and hear from clients frequently that Assured is known for being the best around. I agree wholeheartedly.
