I used the local office in Greenwood Village run by Tim Bowdish. I had talked to several companies asking for help with my mom who has dementia and my dad who was taking care of her. Everyone had minimum hours and days that were outside my parent's budget and comfort zone. Tim sat and talked with my dad and I about what we needed and just listened to us and our concerns. He was willing to work within our budget and design the days and times that made my dad more comfortable. He wanted to make sure that we had a caregiver that fit what my parents needed as well as their personality. I don't even have the words to express my gratitude for his kindness, patience, availability, and level of work ethic.
