Staff is great, my mother is there and if she has a problem we call them and it's taken of promptly! I guess some of the reviews below mine are people that think a staff member is supposed to baby sit their family member 24/7, yeah they can't do that you bad level rater's! If you don't like the care they are giving than move your relative to a different place or take them home and take care of them yourself, or are you to good for that, or do you just not like baby sitting you're them 24/7?

My mother has been cared for at Heritage Health Care in Chanute for almost 7 months now. The staff has been very kind and personable. Life is challenging sometimes for my mother and she has had many ups and downs but I've felt that the staff has genuinely cared for my mother and kept trying different things to try and meet her needs. My brother made a good choice when he chose Heritage for her care.
