Cypress Point has always carried a 5-Star reputation within our community for excellence, professionalism and high level care for their residents. Now, with my momma having been a resident there - I've seen first hand the personal care and service that they provide. This isn't a business. It is more of a mission for the Cypress Point Team. Their compassion and love proved that to our family.

The Cypress point staff are the most caring, loving & compassionate people that you will ever meet. The staff that works not only in the offices, but also in the kitchen, laundry, housekeeping, nursing, ect. are always going the extra mile to make sure their residents are cared for, and are treated in the most respectful way. The staff make sure that they keep residents safe and they have fun activities to help keep up morale and they make sure to include residents and help them to be able to participate and feel independent, it brings encouragement to every! I can't say enough good things about Cypress point, they make you feel like family! A great big Thank you to John Langley, for taking time with our loved one to talk to her and listen and make her feel important.... and Thank you to Linda Miranda for helping us in so many ways. Thank you Cypress point for being family to our loved ones, you all are Wonderful!!

Thank you so much for the excellent care my dad, Ernie Hill, received during his weeks of rehabilitation. We appreciated the smiles, laughter, and tender care. Dad is a people person and enjoyed interacting with his therapists and staff members. We are blessed to be back home again, which was the goal.

My mother spent her recovery time from the hospital ant Cypress Point and received the most excellent care there. Lovely and clean facility where everyone is friendly and caring. There are not enough stars to say how great they are!
