This place is SO amazing! I recommend it frequently to anyone I know with loved ones who are experiencing dementia. Friends Place cares about its guests and fosters an environment of compassion as well as keeping everyone engaged and stimulated, to support brain health as much as possible. We know our loved ones can have challenges from this awful disease, but Friends Place can bring out the best in them. Not to mention the necessary daytime respite that full time caregivers need! This place has been a blessing for our family!

My family member loves going to "Friends". After years of little social interaction he enjoys participating in various activities. He feels part of the group - he even has the t-shirt. Although I had initial concerns about his willingness to attend, he easily slid into a routine and has been attending daily since April 2019. If weekend services were offered I think he'd be happy to attend. Staff, activities, facilities, and meals are all top-notch. Highly recommended.
