The staff here are just excellent. Very friendly and attentive to the residents. The facility is clean and well organized. Furnishings are a bit sparse, particularly for long term residents, so consider an extra chair (maybe a TV, or radio) for your loved one. Conveniently located, but at the end of a cul de sac, so it feels quiet and secluded. Nice!

It's a nice facility clean the workers are polite and keep moms clean as far as one incident she was wet and needed changed she said she pushed her button and it took them a little while to get to her only due to being short staffed. I called her back few minutes later and they had been to change her

Me being a housekeeper for a very long long time I really experience that the rooms was clean the place was smelling good and all the patients resident that I saw was really dressed and smelling really clean and the workers and the nurses were very very nice and polite I thank them for taking care of my aunt

I was met at the door by a kind of cheerful person. She was very business oriented, giving me instructions how to sign in and get myself set up for the visit She was helpful in giving me the room number and pointing me in the right direction. Loved all the encouraging paraphernalia on all the walls. Seemed to be a cheerful place. Was greeted again on my way out and given instructions how to leave. The visit was a very pleasant one.

Really an above average place considering the circumstances. The staff are very friendly and take care of the patients from my experience so far. They are welcoming! The rooms could use some work, but I understand my dad is in the dementia wing and safety is top priority. I appreciate that! Overall I'm glad to have found a safe place for him and he's enjoying it there. A big positive is he gets to smoke outside from time to time. That was important to him lol

I spent four months here recovering from a serious injury and I’m glad I did. They have stellar physical therapy and occupational therapy teams that worked with me every day. They make this not just a facility to house people but a home where people live.

If I could give the staff 5 stars I would. I would give the building 1 star (only because they are starting to remodel, the lobby looks nice) The staff in unit two were very good with my sister and met all the goals her care team set. Also, every member of the administrative were great to work with. Although slow to return calls. The building is another story, it is a mess! Mold in the bathrooms, torn flooring in the bathroom, big wires hanging out of the ceiling in the hall, filthy dirty windows everywhere you look. The residents' rooms have the bare minimum, not a bit cozy. The beds are awfully uncomfortable. The courtyard could be an amazing center piece for the whole facility, a quiet place for residences to spend some time outside. It is large, has a fountain and little sitting areas, but instead of being a delightful floral habitat, it is an overgrown jumble of weeds. The flower beds are a neglected mess, and the rusty furniture hasn't received any attention in years. The sidewalks are covered with weeds and vines. Sadley, even the beautiful little chapel has evolved into a collect all for furniture storage and misc. junk. In fact, they are using a two wheeled dolly to hold the door open. Really?? It is sad because some of this stuff could be handled in a single day...like clearing out and shinning up the chapel (a place of worship deserves it) or cleaning the windows...I give a big thumbs up to the staff and a big thumbs down to the facility.

My mother has been in this facility for almost a year and has received great care. The staff is very caring and goes the extra mile. She had previously been in two other facilities and this is hands down the best.

I really hope they can completely renovate this place and give the patients nicer rooms as they are humans beings and ill. Supposed to be admitted today but first room I couldn't breath in at all with the mildew and the dirt and the second room had numerous spiders. Felt like a prison basement. The chairs in the rooms look like they were taken from a garbage bin.. Smells so bad like mold in the building I had to leave and look elsewhere. Such a depressing atmosphere. Should put more funds into the patient areas. Lobby is nice to fix up for marketing but really serves no purpose. The patients deserve better. No AC and duct tape all over windows, so much dust, no color on the walls or pictures or...anything welcoming. The staff was nice about me leaving and VERY accommodating so 2 stars bc of them, thank you. They were super nice. I'm sure they are overworked and underfunded and I have no experience to really rate them but the pictures on the website do not depict what the place looks like at all. I don't want to be malicious but if I had seen the place beforehand I wouldn't have gone (and the smell).

Recently had a loved one transfered to stay at Harmony Court for rehab and dialysis. The nurses and staff were so wonderful and treated everyone like family. With the craziness of the world today there's really something to be said for finding a place where people still take pride in their jobs and are loving and compassionate. Thank you so much for being so awesome and providing reassurance and comfort during a really difficult time.

The staff at this facility are very caring and made sure all of my fathers needs were met during his stay at this facility. My father was here for a 5 week rehabilitation stay following a stroke. He has regained most of his strength back and can function again on his own. The therapists here worked wonders and nursing staff was there for him every step of the way! Thanks again!!!

As soon as I walked in, I noticed how beautiful the foyer/lobby was. Straight ahead is a large window overlooking the main courtyard. I noticed as you walk through the facility, there are countless outside areas with giant windows. So awesome. Amazing activity and therapy departments keep the residents engaged. Nothing but great things heard from the kitchen as well. Easy to navigate. Excellent facility!

Harmony Court Rehab and Nursing has some of the best staff around! Many have been there for years and truly care about their residents. The staff often say that the residents are their family and treat them as such. It is such a breath of fresh air to see staff who care and go the extra mile.

Just brought mom home from a 5 week stay for rehab. Between her hospitalization and her stay at the nursing home it's been over 2 months since she had her stroke and has been home. We were not sure this day would ever come. Thank you Harmony Court for the great care and getting mom where she needed to be to get home! I hope we never need you again but if we do we already know where she will go!!!

My grandmother is at Harmony Court Rehab and I must say after being in 2 other facilities the care and food is not to compare to any other place, the staff always smiles to her and she feel like home, the food is real homemade style and delicious. so many private nice cozy rooms you don't see in other facilities. Excellent activities and great therapy.
