Lived here for about 5 years. Never had a issue with the maintenance team. They have always responded and fixed whatever the issue the same day.

They raised rent by $100 last year! Annually they have had murders at the complex and you do hear gunshots on occasion. The first 9 months I lived here there was a drug dealer in our 8-unit building. They evicted him because of a crime on the premises, then they let him back in. They finally evicted him for good 6 weeks later. Office customer service is poor except maintenance is great.

Great staff ! Amswer your request about your needs for work orders in a timely manner. Apartments are big ! Nice place to live.

The units are very hot you will be siting in 83 degrees come summer and maintenance sucks.

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years just signed on for 3rd year. Maintenance is quick, depending on the work needing to be done. If you break any rules first time, and you have the opportunity to fix things DO IT! Management is fair. They are also busy, and sometimes a walk-in to the office is worth it. They work with you on the lease hick Ups. Like emotional support animals. Get those docu. Ents file and you are good to go. I really appreciate how thorough they are. Some times it is a pain in the tail,but you are not singled out. Work with them. I promise the are fair. They attempt to create a good living environment for their tenants.

Solid construction built by Price Brothers..Town homes are still in good shape for the age .Good maintenance crew. Hopefully rent prices will increase less each year.
