In my first 7months Stay here in willowcreek I have felt peace and comfort away from my home. I was well taken care of by my leasing agent, they are on top of everything that I possibly need. The place im in is safe, quiet, and close to many places where i can be when I needed it. Thank you Staff !

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with Rebecca D. Meeks was very disappointing. She was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very disrespectful and nasty manner throughout our interaction. I understand everyone can have stressful days, but professionalism and basic kindness still matter. The way I was treated made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope this feedback encourages better customer service and communication in the future.

It's a very nice area to live in and a very convenient area with stores and retail and restaurants. It's very nice for my sister to continue to live in a home environment. The amenities, they regulate very well when it comes to the pool and fitness center. Here are the problems..... The carpeting in hallways is extremely ripped, stained, and smells and a trip hazard. The paint is peeling off the hallway walls along with people peeling it also. The paint work is unsatisfactory. Constant breaking the glass out the entry doors, either by tenants or tenants guest. (Glass doors fixed as of now). Other destructions to doors locks and elevator safety. It's not a workable phone at the entry area and has never been any use for tenants to receive incoming guest arrivals, which is okay that they call you when they are coming or arriving at the gateway. But the phone handle has been ripped off the cord with the wires hanging out for close to a year, looking disgusting. Car titlement need to be checked regularly in the parking area and garage. A lot of year-long expired license. The maintenance work is very unsatisfactory, and the security of the apartment buildings needs some control. ”•

People at the reception desk are very cold and unpersonable. Buildings need better upkeep. Carpeted halls are all stained most of the time. Awnings are ripped up from the wind.

Address awnings are in need of repair/replacement. The elevators are in need of servicing for jerking motion while traveling. The upkeep of vinyl floor tile inside the elevator cabs are in need of pieces replaced. Cleaning the carpet in front of the elevator lobby is required weekly. Common area hallway light fixtures need serviced.

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years just signed on for 3rd year. Maintenance is quick, depending on the work needing to be done. If you break any rules first time, and you have the opportunity to fix things DO IT! Management is fair. They are also busy, and sometimes a walk-in to the office is worth it. They work with you on the lease, support ESA pets. Get those documents on file and you are good to go. I really appreciate how thorough they are. Some times it is a pain in the tail, but you are not singled out. Work with them. I promise they are fair. They attempt to create a good living environment for their tenants.

Solid construction built by Price Brothers..Town homes are still in good shape for the age .Good maintenance crew. Hopefully rent prices will increase less each year.

Cars and packages get stolen or broken into all the time, staff isn't helpful, getting expensive even though it's still on the cheaper side of renting. Maintenance is usually on top of things. If you need a cheaper place to stay it's not bad. It is livable. Honestly the other tenants are what make it a nightmare. It's meh.

I lived in this complex the last 5 years straight. Like any other complex it has its pros and cons but when you have solid communication with the people at the office like Ms Higgs she gets things done very professional and understanding. She will help you find a place that suits all your needs. I highly recommend you see her if you are looking to stay in Willow Creek. She brightens your day and you will always leave with a good laugh and smile. 4 stars is for the complex but if I could rate the staff I would give her a 5.

Ms Higgs was amazing with helping us move here she showed us 2 different townhomes and made sure we got the one that felt most like home she showed true patience and understanding with us every step of the way she truly made this a wonderful experience

The process of renting an apartment at Willow Creek was seamless and a true pleasure, thanks to Ms. Tyahnna Higgs. I traveled 200 miles to move into an apartment I had never seen so you can imagine my concerns. I had to make all decisions via the phone and trust that the person on the other end was not just trying to make a sale. From our first conversation, Ms. Higgs was very professional and patient, answering all my questions and concerns to ensure a smooth transition. Upon my arrival, she had everything set up and ready for me to move in. She took her time with everything again to explain and walk me through settling into my new apartment. Thank you for making this potential nightmare an outstanding success story!
