The building is nice but it is hard to evaluate their management because it has unusual bills beyond what you imagine. The previous electricity bill in winter could be at least $ 1,500.In winter, you could at least receive five bills from November to March. So if you consider it, just skip staying it in the winter:)

Living here has been fantastic! The location is super convenient, right next to the Green Line, making commuting a breeze. The amenities are great, and the management is truly amazing—always friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed home!

Friendly management and maintenance staff. Moved into a unit with a broken AC but Joe from maintenance was kind enough to fix it before the night. Really appreciate how responsive they are! Had a smooth checkin!

Process, was amazing, Ms. Lucia was invitingly precise,and detailed with every aspect of the interview and registration requirements, the parking situation is warming and comfortable easy, to manage, accessible to my exact needs. Her knowledge and experience was top notch. Thank you for allowing me to join and be allowed access to such great amenities.

Nova Brighton surpassed my expectations. The fitness room was great, and I loved the grab and go breakfast every Wednesday. Holiday events were a nice touch, and Lucia, the property manager, was excellent. Can't wait to use the outdoor grill in the summer!

Probably one of the best management teams I've dealt with. Always nice and welcoming. The building has always been kept clean. Maintenance is very responsive. Will recommend.

Nova Brighton is a fantastic community to live in, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering moving to the area! I lived here for over 4 years, and recently moved out because we bought our own place. Although we don't live there anymore, we had an amazing time, and we are honestly a little sad to leave. The events are always enjoyable, and there's never any pressure to participate, but I highly recommend attending them! The grab-and-go breakfasts on Wednesdays were also a huge perk and always had great choices! Lucia (the property manager) and the maintenance team are very responsive to any inquiries. With in unit laundry, gated parking, dishwasher, central AC, gym and dog park... the rent is very reasonable for all the amenities. Overall recommend 10/10!

I lived in Nova Brighton for several years and had a great experience! The property manager and leasing agents were always friendly and helpful. The amenities were great (common room, dog park, parking lot and covered guest parking spaces!) and I never had any maintenance issues. The apartments are updated and spacious - I lived in a studio but still felt like I had plenty of space. I only moved out of Nova because I moved in with my fiance, otherwise I'm not sure I would have ever left!

I had a great final two years of college in this building! Friendly staff, functional and spacious studio apartments, and great efforts to build community. Some things for improvement include a better way to receive packages, and there were more than a few instances the building fire alarm was tripped, but those are all things you can live with. I rented a parking spot with them since April 2023. They have been very prompt with their services. I once had batteries dead in my remote (used for opening the garage door) and I was provided with a new remote the very same day. I also had to cancel the reservation once but then later after a week I decided to keep it, they were considerate about it and continued me on the same spot. All these months I had no issues with them. The car has been intact and safe with respect to parking. There was no vandalization of any sort. I have been supported by Lucia, who has been very patient in answering my questions and readily communicating. Overall I would definitely rate a 5/5 and would recommend to people who are looking out to rent a spot in Brighton.

The apartment complex is very clean and there are nice amenities like: a lounge, dog spa, dog park, gym, etc. The property management team is great and very proactive if a problem arises. They are respectful, responsive, and get back to you within a timely manner. I would highly recommend living at this apartment complex.

Lucia is an absolute rockstar! As someone who has just moved into the city and not sure about parking, she helped me with accommodations and made my parking process a breeze! I would 10/10 recommend- the lot is super secure and well kept!

Very nice place. Modern unit with washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The manager is very kind and helpful whenever needed. Great maintenance staff. Guest parking available in the garage. Walking distance to supermarkets and great restaurants. Small but nice parks nearby. In general I had a very good experience here.

Nova Brighton is an amazing apartment. It was beautifully furnished, very clean, and had all the modern amenities you could ask for. The manager Lucia is very caring and hardworking. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment. It was a fantastic experience.
