I lived here over a year and just renewed again. One of my favorite things is the 2 times I’ve had to submit a work order they showed up super quick, I’ve never had any issues with anything, communication with the office has been good, do wish the had a few different/better food trucks but I like that they do have that weekly. Definitely recommend!

I really love this property and its location. It is connected to Phil Harbeger Park, very unique feature if you love trails and walking . The apartments are spacious and have really nice features like little study and built in shelves, adding character. In many cases m, you get a car port too. The staff is caring and professional. Caitlin gave me an amazing apartment and price and included a car port. She is knowledgeable and tailors the apartment to my requirements. And she has a cute sense of humor. She takes ownership of her job so I felt comfortable and trusted her. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a centrally located luxury property that offers true value and reasonably priced.

I got charged 1400 dollars for "Carpet Repairs". I couldn't make it to the final walk through, and they took advantage of me. They said the carpet could not be cleaned because it was too dirty. Mind you, I did have a few small stains but nothing to permanently damage carpet. They took advantage of my situation and when I tried to go back and see the apartment I was not allowed to see the carpet and was pretty much shutdown. The employee said, once the Apt is finalized we cant go in. I'm sure the door locks still have keys. Very shady and they will send a lawyer after you if you don't pay. Do not rent here. They put on a front to get you there and then they take your money when you leave. Again, carpet can be cleaned and I asked for photos of the carpet being replaced they said they cant do that ™, go figure. They paid for a carpet cleaning and charged me for new carpet.

It's beautiful, here. It's very calm, nobody messes with you. The staff here are so nice. The one who we got out lease was with lizabeth Sanchez. She was nice very professional gave us a great tour. And she answered all of our questions.. They keep the property neat and clean and any issues you have. They resolve them right away. It's a nice place to live.

Security is extremely poor. Several vehicles broken into, wheels stolen and one vehicle stolen during my time there. Extra storage units broken into. The verbal agreements mean nothing to them. Nonresidents using the pool and the staff only checked my pass once in over three years. Pest control service they charge doesn’t work. I have seen roaches on several occasions. Just like any apartment complexes, they will try and get more money from you when you move out. Only thing nice is the washer and dryer in the unit.

I have moved to this complex for a month. Everything is perfect so far. What I love here is they offer free covered parking spots. The employees and maintenance people were very welcoming. They fixed immediately what I asked for on the move-in date; they wanted to offer the best experience. All service requests were finished within one day.

Very lovely place to live. Lots of amenities, in a good location (close to everything), and very pretty views. The only complaint would be that the airport is nearby. So when the planes fly over, they are so loud you'll need to pause your show or pause any conversation you're having because you won't be able to hear. It's roughly a plane every hour all day.

This was my first apartment complex in San Antonio and I loved it! The complex is very well kept and the office staff would reply to all requests in a timely manner. Maintenance team is awesome. My AC stopped working in the summer, I called the office and let them know, and they sent maintenance in less than 10 minutes. I never had any issues with the gates or parking, which I appreciated due to my work schedule. I have recommended this complex to other people, and I would definitely move back.

The electric vehicle chatting rates(not controlled by office) have gone up exorbitantly. Bit of a bait n switch, but naive of me to think they would t raise the rates once I buy a Tesla

The best experience for renting ever! The complex is clean. They take care of property. When you need to fix something, it’s always done very quick and quality! I really appreciate it. Very nice and friendly staff, my family feels comfortable living here. The gates are always closed, which ensures safety in the complex. In my opinion, this is the best complex in the area.

Honestly I believe this apartment complex was amazing. The staff was always very respectful and helpful. Of course the amenities are awesome. Overall I definitely recommend. Only reason I left was to buy a home.

me and my husband first moved in around 2018, then we had to move out due to things going on in our lives. we moved back in May of 2022 and we have NEVER had any issues. I agree with the other review and 99% of the 1 star reviews sound so entitled. We’ve never had issues with our car spot being taken, car being broken into, trash around the apartment, or loitering. Everyone we have come into contact with who lives and works there have been so sweet. You’re going to sometimes hear people next door or in the building, it comes with living in apartments. We’ve never heard parties until 3AM, for the most part everyone is very courteous of those around them. Never had any ant issues as we pick up after ourselves. And the staff are the sweetest group of girls ever. Always super helpful and understanding when we have any questions! We are proud to call this place our home.

My experience here so far has been great! All of the office staff has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I have had to make a few service request to which the maintenance team has completed promptly. I do also see the maintenance team cleaning grounds every morning, including the dog parks. I love my home here and it is extremely evident that the staff here does go above and beyond for everything within there control!

If your car or house gets broke into people.There is no way the apartments can fix that.Like even if they had security it would do nothing.Like stop blaming it on the apartment just get better stuff or pay attention It's not that hard.

Lack of communication and professionalism I’ve lived in this apartment complex for almost three years, and besides communicating through a survey about my discontent with one of the exercising machines constantly being out of service, and the pool cue broken (since I moved here) in the amenity center, I hadn’t had a major issue or complaint, and it’s fair to say that both situations were eventually solved. However, a couple of weeks back, I noticed that our community Laundry center was empty, and I thought maybe the machines were going to be replaced with new eco washer/dryer machines, or that the laundry center was going to be relocated. I decided to inquiry about this in the office, since I had a money card with money in my account that I occasionally used to use in the laundry center. Explained the situation to front office staff, and I was informed that they were getting rid of the laundry center permanently, so they took my money card and told me they were going to inform the managers about my money reimbursement. Two days after I received a voicemail stating that I was not going to be reimbursed about my money because this money was deposited back in 2017. I went back to the office and they told me the manager decided she’s was not going to proceed with my reimbursement due to the mentioned reason. Firstly, it’s important to clarify that the money card didn’t have an expiration date, in fact, I was able to used it a couple of months ago in the laundry center. Secondly, as a resident, I was never notified about this change in the removal of the laundry center, if I would’ve known about it, I would have used the money, or NOT but I would knew in advance. I lost about $30, which is not a big deal, but the way the situation was handle was VERY unprofessional, first of all, not communicating this change ahead of time to residents, second of all, not providing with an effective solution to the problem caused due to their lack of communication. And last but not least, when I went for the second time to the leasing office, I was told manager Janie Villarreal said she paid with a money order on 2017 and she’s renting a washer and dryer machine Mrs. Villarreal, just so you know (because it seems to me, that you don’t have a way to check the balance in my card and you’re implying it doesn’t make sense to still have money in it) I did have money in the card, but you can keep it as a gift/tip. Keep looking or join the villas of vista del Norte community? Your INFORMED choice 🙂

This apartment is ok but don’t recommend for what it cost to live here . Staff could do a better job During days off like Memorial Day or 4th of July they usually shut the pool area down to avoid party’s which is nonsense. You can’t bring any guests or family that doesn’t live in the apartment to the gym or pool. Which is a huge disappointment because most people paying more than $1300 a month should give you that opportunity and I’m sure most people chose to live here because of that reason . To enjoy the perks with family and friends . As long as they clean up after themselves there shouldn’t be an issue. They have a lot of rules that they can lighten up on . Staff ....heard instances where my younger siblings that live there were treated poorly by the security and staff because of there no friend policy in the gym and pool area. This is a shame to be hounded out of a place you live... especially for the cost to live here . So be careful before you choose . Lots of deer so be careful .
