Karla was amazing she helped us with everything we needed and was extremely compassionate and caring. She definitely went above and beyond her job duty's while also being the only staff member here. Was able to juggle customers and multiple people who had different needs and kept a friendly and perfect attitude the entire time. I have been here 7 yrs but I see it's not getting better,have not had water since 11 am and still have no water at 4:32 pm.i kno things happen but u could let residents know so they can fill containers with water but instead get a note at between 5:30 and 6pm saying water be off periodically but it's been straight off,then say they didn't know about repairs when they were out here working yesterday because water was off for a few yesterday.This isn't a good look for management.There is no reason to say u didn't know about repair ,last management always let us know ahead of time about water issues so we could fill containers or whatever other repairs was being don't they always notified us in advance.i cannot see were to write new review but it's very hot and ac went out sat the guy was on it and came and put Freon in unit and it started to cool down but hours later that day it got very hot because ac has something more wrong so guy brought a portable AC unit and asked it i cam make due till mon u said I can try do that but it got up to 82 still and was uncomfortable so went to office but guy was with someone ,i kno he seen me bur hw couldnt say its gonna be a while because he cannot do two things at once it seems.Woyld only took couple seconds to say anything so i left and back n my hot apartment and called again bout ac not working.today is Father s day but cannot carry threw with my plans to have anyone come over because to hot and place has never had no updates n nine years,I have been lied to by ones we should be able to trust,I am sick of hearing how great it is here because it sure isn't.Dont understand how they keep hiring people in maintenance that don't want to work and don't kno how to fix most things.I have never had report ac not working ever in my life that they didn't fix..But here they dont care...Who cares??????

Staff is very nice. Very helpful and very kind. I really appreciate them. Maintenance man on time. Fixed everything in a timely manner. And he in's very nice also. So glad I moved here.

I watched in dread as floodwaters seeped under my front door a while ago!! The living room carpet in my home was saturated and needed help! Last week Workers spent long hours laying new flooring throughout: pretty vinyl in living areas except bedroom. Lovely, soft carpet was laid in there. Thank you, to All who worked miracles and finished before my surgery on Thursday, and to pleasant staff.
