I’m so happy with my choice to move to The Cove in Hingham ! Great serene quiet location, beautiful entrance foyer and super clean building with amazing amenities, more than you would expect ! The on site property managers are all wonderful and helpful for any questions and another bonus is The Cove is walking distance to every store or craving you could possibly need ! I still stop at my apartment door and breathe a happy sigh when entering !

I have been a resident at The Cove here in Hingham for three years now, and I can honestly say it is a fantastic place to live. Finding an apartment community that truly feels like home can be challenging, but The Cove checks every single box. Here are a few reasons why my experience has been so consistently positive: Exceptional Management & Maintenance: The leasing office staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I’ve had to put in a quick maintenance request, it has been handled swiftly and efficiently. Truly Pet-Friendly: This was a massive priority for me. The community is incredibly welcoming to pets, and my two dogs, absolutely love the grounds and the surrounding walking areas especially Bare Cove. Beautiful Location & Upkeep: Hingham is a gorgeous area, and the property itself is meticulously maintained year-round. It's a peaceful, clean environment that makes coming home after a long, busy day incredibly relaxing. Community Atmosphere: The neighbors are respectful, the noise levels are low, and the overall atmosphere feels very safe and community-oriented. I recently extended my lease because I simply cannot imagine living anywhere else right now. Dissatisfied with the lack of communication with the rent due and how rude I was treated when I was 1 day late ion my rent payment due to a change in my banks. I have never been charged 100. For a mistake. It’s literally absurd. I even offered to pay via Zelle and that was not acceptable so I was threatened with eviction which is absurd since I’ve never been late on my rent before. The problem was obviously a mistake that was fixable on the spot but the management was extremely rude and not in any way understanding or helpful. I am literally astounded by the treatment and disregard for humanity and understanding. It’s a huge hardship getting 100. Fee for no reason. The management team should be ashamed of their behavior. This has made me decide to move out when my lease is up. Avoidable circumstance that has affected my personal experience here. I will be filing a complaint

I toured two other complexes in the area before I chose The Cove. Once I toured The Cove, I decided right then and there I would apply with them. The Cove is superior on all levels compared to the other complexes and it’s most out standing feature is its leasing team. I was fortunate to have Jared Klein as my tour guide. He is a friendly, kind, knowledgeable informative and professional leasing agent. The moving process is always stressful but Jared made it fast and efficient. His quick response to all my emails and his directions on getting through the application process made it much less stressful for me. His follow through to the end of the application process and after convinced me even more that I made the right decision to move to The Cove. The Cove is a superior complex with all the modern amenities along with super clean grounds and common areas. Other residents are friendly and are of all ages. The location is a 5 minute walk to groceries, restaurants and retail shops. Yet with all these great features, it is Jared Klein who was the deciding factor in my choosing The Cove. He represented The Cove to me on my tour and after you work with someone as kind friendly knowledgeable informative, and professional as him then you know you are in the right place. Thank you Jared.

Have been here for two years. Perfect location: that's the reason why I choose to live here. 100 ft to park for running or walking with your dog, 2 min walk to stop&shop, half mile to ferry terminal year around service to Boston. You could expect all amenities a luxury apartment should have. Sound proof is nice. Never heard noise from neighbors. If you might hear ppl talking from the yards if you will live on that side. The on-site service team is responsive and get things done quick. The rent is at a bit expensive side. But I believe it is a great choice if you can afford it.

My wife, Jackie, and I moved into the Cove about four months ago. We moved from a large house seeking to downsize and were a little bit nervous about the move. But we couldn’t be happier. The property is beautiful, the facilities are top-notch, including a great gym and pool area with a pizza oven that has become our go-to in Saturday nights! we’ve grown to love our daily walks at Bear Cove Park, which the Cove provides such easy access to — it’s an expansive, wonderful walking park. Best of all, the staff are terrific, responsive, thoughtful, and friendly — shout out to the ever present, helpful and cheerful Jared! I couldn’t recommend the place more highly.

I’ve loved living here — and so has my dog! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Bear Cove Park, which is perfect for peaceful walks, morning runs, and letting my pup enjoy the fresh air and open space. It’s such a beautiful, well-maintained area with scenic trails and water views that make it feel like an escape right in your backyard. Plus, it’s minutes from the Hingham Ferry and all the great restaurants and shops at the Hingham Shipyard. The facilities are always spotless and beautifully maintained, and Jared is an absolute superstar who goes above and beyond for residents. Highly recommend!

I AM THRILLED TO BE HERE AT THE COVE. I TOO LOOKED AT SEVERAL PLACES IN THE HINGHAM AREA AND KEPT COMING BACK TO THE COVE AS THE PLACE I WANTED TO BE. I AM FROM WESTERN MA & WANTED TO BE NEARER TO MY DAUGHTER IN HULL. THIS IS A MAJOR LIFE CHANGE FOR ME SINCE I LOST MY HUSBAND IN JANUARY. JARED HAS BEEN MOST HELPFUL TO ME IN MY MANY CONVERSATIONS & ZOOM MTGS. HE IS SO KIND & CARING AS WAS AN INITIAL IN-PERSON MEETING WITH JANNELLE. THEY BOTH MADE THIS TRANSITION EASY. We love living at The Cove! We have the park behind us that feels like our private backyard, the ferry pretty much across the street that take us to town in 30 minutes, the charm of small town Hingham, and one of the best Public schools in the state! The buildings are well maintained, the staff is super friendly and helpful, we’re all dog friendly people, and share beautiful amenities! We’re having a great time in our cove!

I am thrilled to share my experience with Jared Klein, an exceptional member of the luxury apartment team at The Cove. From the moment I walked through the front door, Jared greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Not only did he assist me in getting into the condo, but his personality and positivity truly set him apart. Jared is incredibly professional and attentive to the needs of all tenants. He consistently goes above and beyond his duties, and I can honestly say he played a significant role in my decision to move into the condo after selling my house in Hingham. If you're looking for a beautiful luxury condo, this is the place to be, complete with friendly neighbors and an outstanding staff. The maintenance team at The Cove is among the best I have ever seen, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. Having previously owned a condo, I can confidently say that I have never encountered such well-kept grounds. The community is very pet-friendly, and Jared has made our transition as a family of three incredibly comfortable. If I could rate my experience, I would give Jared a perfect 10 out of 10 for his professionalism, personality, and compassion. He is undoubtedly the face of The Cove, being the first person you meet as you enter the main entrance. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here, and my children adore him as well! This is truly a great community with even better staffing.

Fantastic place to live. Moved here from Sydney Australia for 2 years with work. Jared and the team made the application process smooth and easy, even for foreigners! The Cove ticks all the boxes. Close to the ferry, nature, and shops, it's pet friendly, clean and modern, beautiful building and apartments, friendly staff, gym, pool, bike room, business centre, parcel concierge. And the Hingham area in general is beautiful. We're very pleased with our decision to move here and will be sad to leave!

I am a happy resident at The Cove entering my third year. It is not only beautiful but with the efforts of an incredible staff life here is comfortable, safe, and convenient. At the Cove I have access to all the delights of shopping at the Shipyard, dining at my favorite food stops like Jersey Mike and Alma Nova. Stop and Shop is just across the street for whatever I need in my pantry. My neighbors are friendly and so willing to lend a hand when I need help. If you are looking for a new residence, I strongly recommend The Cove.

Love living here - its close to the ferry into the city (so convenient), the shipyard, and access to the most beautiful beaches on the south shore. Perfect for us, and our dog, who can run around Bare Cove in our backyard. Russ and Lucas are always so quick to fix any issues we have/maintenance we need in our apartment, so friendly and efficient. Office staff is also always so friendly and helpful with any concerns. Only complaint would be pricing - it's quite expensive and there's not much rhyme or reason on listing prices or annual increases, especially for long term residents.

Love the Maintenance team here! Russ specifically has gone out of his way to help me out numerous times. The team is always quick to answer and attend to what was requested in way way less than 24 hours. I’d say even sometimes less than a 1/2 a hour I receive a response. They are big reason why I have renewed!

It isn’t often that you can brag about about a service! The management team at the cove is superior . I recently had a submitted request for maintenance for no hot water. The immediate response and new water heater installed in the blink of an eye. Lucas and Russ are top notch!!!

Hello, I have been at the Cove almost 5 years and loved living here the first few years and still do . The only downside to living here is all the pets to many they should have an area / floor where no pets are allowed for people who are allergic to cats and pets . I have bad allergies to cats and had reactions on few occasions i can smell the odor coming through the vents and also smoke is an issue as well . Other then that it is a nice place to live although i work alot and travel with my job been a nice place with the park out back . I will miss certain things here but i am looking forward to new adventures. Jared is great and so is Lucas in the maintenance department both are wonderful and very kind . Thankyou to all

I have lived at The Cove for five months now and really enjoy it here. The amenities are excellent as is the staff. They are very pleasant and helpful. You can’t beat the location to The Shipyard. The Beals Cove park is beautiful and a safe place to walk. The activities are nicely planned and have good attendance. Pool and gym are clean and well maintained. All positive !!

I moved to the Cove a few months ago, and I must say I love everything about it, from the amenities to the neighbors and staff. It's a lovely place, and thankfully, I have not come across any negativity. My neighbors are super nice; everyone always says hi and lends a helping hand when I need it. I also love the Cobu Porter app we have; it allows you to meet everyone and stay in tune with events. It's a great community to be a part of!

I did like living here but now this place is been an absolute nightmare in terms of getting my security deposit back. I have now been waiting 3 months to get it back, when the law in Massachusetts is 30 days. The first time it was supposed to be sent they said it never was because they were changing online billing systems. The second time it was “sent” it was “lost” in the mail on the way to my new address. Now, I have been waiting another month for it to be “sent” directly to their offices. I have gotten no answers from management other than, it isn’t their fault because the checks are sent from the west coast from their accounting department. They say it should take “up to two weeks to get here” due to being sent through USPS… It was supposedly cut (this third attempt now) August 17, and it is Sept 9. The assistant manager Grace told me on Thursday her Manager Jannell would give me a call back as soon as she returned to the building to follow up with me. No returned. The customer service during this entire ordeal has been TERRIBLE. I am so disappointed because, like I said, it was a great place to love, but this has been beyond disappointing. I have lost trust in the management at the Cove .

I moved in thinking I would only be here temporarily until I found a home. What I did find was a home with amazing enmities and great neighbors. The pool and work out room are wonderful. Staff at the offices are always helpful and the cleaning staff stays on top of regular cleaning.

The new updated dog wash at The Cove in Hingham is a lifesaver! The maintenance staff really put time and effort into updating the amenities and my pup sure loves his tubs now. I highly recommend all that the Cove has to offer

It's been a great experience living at The Cove Hingham with my family. This community is beautiful with lots of amenities available for residents to enjoy (the clubhouse, skyline, 24/7 access to the gym, outdoor pool) and so much more. The Cove is at the best spot where all shopping areas and restaurants are within walking distance. Another important part of living here at The Cove is the quality of service received from the Management and Maintenance team. I wanted to acknowledge the staff for their professionalism and the care they put into their work. I’m told by a friend who recently moved out, that there seems to be gang/drug activity here and a lot of shady characters. Maybe they were over reacting, but just use caution and maybe check with the police first. Beautiful apartments and location, shame to hear this.

Since taking over on labor day 2020, the new management team has taken steps to vastly improve the property, the amenities and the quality of life for the residents. They are far more responsive and considerate than the last company. I originally submitted a bad review, but the property and the new management team have been a great improvement!
