do not move in here... my furnace will not go higher that 67 degrees in the winter i had it checked by the maintance man. said it was working as should but the furnace is cheap and can not keep up in the winter.. the office phone # is disconnected i called the parent company. Clover in williamsville no response next move is erie county senior services and hamburg, and the news stations

A quiet, reasonably well-maintained residence for seniors. The apartments are conveniently sized for someone who doesn't want a big place. Snow plowing of the parking lot is terrible, quite honestly. Snow can accumulate for days before they do anything about it. There are a number of garage spaces available. On the first floor of the building, there is a lounge area for residents to gather in. There is no pool or outdoor activity area. However, the building does offer an outdoor seating area near the lounge.
