Great Quiet place to live

I have live here at Riverwalk Senior Apartment for 4 years I appreciate the staff the The maintenance around the building is the herb. They work very hard to keep the building clean smelling good making sure the property is clean in and out Susie do not play when it come to us her babies as she call us I’m very please how she manage our resident all I can say is Thank you you are the greatest I would recommend anyone looking for a decent clean place to live. Will be here at Riverwalk senior apartment.

Susie is the definition of greatness her kind loving caring heart and spirit is unmatched! The first time I arrived here, I loved it. The place is very clean, the people are friendly, and the receptionist is wonderful to everyone. If I have a question, Susana helps me; if I have a small problem, she also resolves it quickly. Thank you, Susana, for giving me the opportunity to live here. I'm not moving. I love it. I found exactly what I was looking for here: peace and quiet at night. Thank you.

Suzanne was very pleasant to work with. She was helpful in placing our elderly aunt in providing an apartment. I was highly impressed with the appearance of the complex. It was clean and tidy. And very pleasant as aroma throughout the premises. It’s best to reach her in person as she’s busy throughout the day taking care of business.

I am very happy in my apartment. Everyone has been so nice. Suzanne is very helpful and friendly. I have had no problems or issues with staff, residents or the apartment itself. I am very thankful to be in such a neat and clean and safe environment.

We moved in April 2023. Manager, Suzy, was very accommodating and provided numerous referrals to area restaurants and retail stores. Staff keep the grounds well manicured and respond quickly to maintenance requests.

I was very impressed with how clean the entire place is. Suzanne, the manager, was very nice to us when we were trying to help my mil get an apartment. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. She made us feel welcome, and I could see that she was really good with some of the seniors already living there.
