The 22 and 23 busses pass Ralston Tower every 15 minutes during the day. Both go down McHenry to Standiford. The 22 turns at Standiford (McHenry Village, Target) and goes to the mall. The 23 goes straight up McHenry by the Walmart and Golden Corral. Routes 25 and 32 also pass nearby. Good transit options at this place.

IF ANYONE IS MOVING IN HERE BE PREPARED TO SHARE YOUR SPOT WITH BED BUGS. AND IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT IT YOU WILL BE CHARGED $1000 FOR PEST. CONTROL TO MAKE THEM MOVE OUT BUT THEY COME BACK!!! AND THE STAFF ARE SO RUDE THEY SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH ELDER ABUSE. DONT LET THEM BULLY YOU INTO MAKING THEM YOUR PAYEE.DONT BECOME A PRISONER HERE CUS YOU CANT HAVE ANY VISITORS. THEY DONT TELL YOU THIS WHEN YOU .MOVE IN. DONT COME HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Ralston towers is a great community for the elder,the management is great. Unfortunately there are residents that don't feel the same,but management does do their best to accommodate to them.

Parking is Terrible, and inconvenient. You have to park across a busy street or on the busy street. Had a friend get his Truck parted out while parked on the side street in broad daylight While helping another friend move in there!Elevator is always breaking down and theres Alot of transients surrounding the area. The studio itself is actually really cute inside.

They are very involved with the community the residents seem very happy the place is very clean and organized the staff is very friendly and if you're a senior they adjust your rent to your income which helps everyone out immensely I really cannot say enough about this place it's very nice and very accommodating very caring

I HAVE A FRIEND THAT LIVES HERE. THE BUILDING IS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE AND ALSO SECURE. THERE ARE SECURITY CAMERAS THROUGH OUT THE PUBLIC/COMMON AREAS, LAUNDRY FACILITIES, AND THEY HAVE ACTIVITIES THAT RESIDENTS CAN CAN PARTICIPATE IN AND ALSO HAVE REGULARLY PLANNED DAY TRIPS.
