I am very satisfied with residing @ Pine Grove Manor, Muskegon. The office staff is courteous and the Maintenance Staff takes care of work orders within 24-48 hours and I think that is great.

Nice community. Maintenance responds quickly and does a great job. Office staff are friendly, caring, and very helpful. Perfect place for my mom when she moved in in 2015, and now I live here - we love it! We feel safe here.

I have been treated with the utmost respect while I wait to be able to move into an apartment. When I call to check the status of an opening, whoever answers the phone is very kind.

So far everyone is very welcoming. And the staff have been helpful. A couple minor leaking issues but I've only been here acouple of days. So still looking for anything else to be wrong. But so far I'm very happy with my apartment and the facilities. And my son said I looked more relaxed with this move.

Friendly , quiet place, not happy with the so called exercise room. 2 machines. Nor enough handicap parking, beautiful landscaping. Trash smell sometimes gets nasty

I love it here! There are places to eat within walking distance!! We have laundry room which is where people can work on a puzzle or just visit while doing their laundry. You can buy something to drink! A person can walk to The Dollar Tree, walk to the Bank or to a gas station walk from one place to end up at CVS or Walgreens....just enjoy your day and walk back to Mr. B's for a bite to eat before coming back to Pine Grove Manor!!!
