I moved to Park Towers because previous place I lived was infested with bedbugs and unsavory people. The manager waited until I signed paperwork before I was able to see the apartment. I asked her if she had another apartment open and she said no (even though I heard them above me hammering away and doing maintenance work on the floor directly above me. The apartment I was moved into was infestsed with Bed Bugs, walls where patched up from previous tenet demolishing the walls. The bathroom and kitchen sink had black mold growing in the cabinets, carpet was stained and dirty. Ceilings had two tones of paint, window seals are severely heat damaged. Ceilings are not caulked. Every 15 to 20 minutes dirty bathroom smells, smells of urine, smells of feces, smells of dirty clothing are filtered into my room. I've talked to management three times I was told they could not do anything about it. Maintenance was supposed to come and caulk my ceiling because of the gaps in it, the closet doors are in disrepair but they claim they can't fix it due to no parts available to fix them. I'm very poor and on disability so it's near to impossible to be able to move from here. Right now I'm looking for the company who owns this apartment complex, but haven't found any numbers for Corporate. AVOID THIS PLACE!
