Have a friend who lives there . It is a high rise senior citizen apartment building . The residents seem to be content with the place . I just don't think I would like something like that . I would rather be somewhere out of town with room for a garden . But some people like a place like this and I am glad they have it . My friend had been living in a fairly large house where her utilities were more each month than her rent (including utilities)is in this place . She is quite satisfied with the arrangement .
