Used to be great. As of 2025 the violence and drugs have gotten too bad. Owner desperately needs to put up a security fence and/or security guard.

This place is a wonderful place it's good to live here been here almost 3 years the staff is wonderful I made friends here that I don't want to lose and I'm not planning on moving this is my first apartment and I love it

I just moved into my studio apartment todayAnd so far I like it very quite nice people nice workers this is my first apartment ever. Update: I am been in my apartment almost 3 years and I still like it here but it has gone downhill since I've been here I feel like staff is ignoring me about signing stuff after my review the elevators keep breaking down the small elevator has been broken almost 3 years I just feel like this place is going downhill quickly people are smoking inside their Apartments and they are not catching them because there's no proof because people want to spray air fresheners and all that people smoke cigarettes and weed in their apartment and you're not allowed to nothing but drama that goes on in this building some people don't keep their apartment clean and it smells and stinks does people walking around this building that smells like they ain't had a bath or a shower in months and it stink up the elevators there's roaches here bug people come and spray but it seems to not be helping but other than that I love it here I keep my apartment clean I clean up after my cat I make sure everything smells good and is cleaning my apartment even I keep it clean I still get roaches

Its nice apartments but alot of drug activity. Protatution. Staff ok and alot of drama I'm sorry but the truth.

I come here often to visit my uncle who lives here! This is a really nice building but it needs to be remodeled and the intercom system on the first floor needs to be updated because it's old and out of date!
