My girlfriend and I have been in Helena Manor since March 5th the old landlord made things very confusing but Courtney manage to fix everything that was going on. It started hecktic but since she became The Landlord everything has been very smooth going through and I cannot be more thankful for the help we have received from Courtney. She walked us through all of the process and found all the answers for our questions even though she had to dig for the answer. Thank you so much!

Not the greatest part of town, cops are in and out of there all the time and they’re slow to act on maintenance requests. Things are a lot better now that the old property manager is gone and it was affordable for the time I lived there. Solid 3/5 would be 4 if maintenance got done in a timely manner.

The property manager has been really easily to work with and is quick to resolve any issues we may have. Maintenance orders are taken seriously and promptly addressed. The only complaint I have is that snow removal isn't always done in a timely manner and patches of ice get left on the walkways.

The Helena Manor Team was very helpful and accommodating when I first moved in. They worked hard to finish renovations on the apartment so we could get in as soon as possible. During our stay the staff has been kind and had worked to get what we need. The property manager Ryan is especially good at understanding when circumstances arise and works with us to make our stay at Helena Manor well worth it. Thank you guys for all yo ur work! 🙂

Been living here for 5 years now, have no problems with the maintenance staff they have been doing good, they come when I write up a work order. . Just need to please clear off our walk ways a bit better, so no one slips and falls! We are just around the corner from the grocery stores if we need anything.

My son and i have lived here for almost a year. My kitchen overhead light hasn't ever worked. There are two other lights so no biggy. It's an old building and my place hasn't been updated so things get old and need to be replaced but the maintenance guys are great. So, other than raising the rent during the tough economic times with the virus, things are okay. My favorite staff....Amanda ‘ she's been awsome since the day I met her.

Lived here for ten + years, & the appearance and ground maintenance has vastly gone down hill since Larry & Cindy retired. Larry wasn't the easiest person to deal with, but at least it didn't look like a ghetto when he was here, & the sidewalks we're shoveled when it snowed. It's getting to the point it's kind of embarrassing to live here! Garbage cans over flowing, garbage and dog poop all over in the yards, commons areas of buildings are filthy. I keep my buildings common areas clean. The sign in laundry says management cleans once a week, well I've only seen it once in the last year, & that was because the parent company was doing an inspection.

The apartments got new carpet, oven, microwave and some 3 bedrooms got new W/D. After 6 months the W/D broke down. Maintenance Does a great job, but the company Thies and Talle doesn't pay for there equipment so they don't have the proper tools to use. I don't like how the rules for Thies and Talle don't allow for most pets. Only de-clawed cats and small non aggressive dogs are allowed. We should be allowed to have whatever pet and not just a small selection. The location Is great and the employees are great too. Just the company is BS. If the company was good then I would give Helena Manor a 5 star.
