Don't move here..New management that don't care about the needs of the Residence. No heat in the middle of winter.The place is full of drugs an drug dealers. The building is falling apart and all they do is put a bandaid on it. Management keeps the office doors closed at all time and is rude to people. There is black mold in places that don't get fixed. No..Not a good place to live right now especially for Seniors.

My mother has had bugs in her apartment since she moved in despite maintenance coming to spray once a week (apparently it's routine?) even though all her food is either in the fridge or in sealed cans, no dirty dishes left, etc. I've also called and visited the office multiple times to inform them of the issue.

I enjoy living here at Grandview Apartments! Everything is so nice and clean. Management are kind and helpful. The people here are friendly. It's a convenient plac to live too! Close to everything. Right on bus line.
