I have just moved in and I have been here just a little over a month. So far the issues that I had were taken care of. I have a one bedroom apartment and it's a little small but I have been used to 2 bedroom apartments. It's quiet here and I feel safe here as well. Not too worried about problems I have had at other larger apartment complexs with loud parties and the college students. Staff has been fabulous.

My wife and I have lived here almost a year. The neighbors are so nice here it's like living in a small town community in the 60's! The staff are very friendly and efficient. My air conditioning needed servive so I called to have it repaired 2 days ago. Normally something like that you can count on taking weeks or even months to fix. But Brandon the maintenance man had it done today! He's always friendly (so are Dave and Danielle) and I really appreciated that he wore a mask. I just can't say enough good about Brandon! While the apartments are very small, I do wish we had a storage facility on property because storage is a issue. While repairs are handled quickly I wish the cooperation who owned Golden Tree would invest more in updates. Now days all rental property is owned by huge conglomerates so of course they don't want to invest in making the apartments more up to date. Having said that I can't say enough good about the staff. Thank you Brandon, Dave, and Danielle for taking care of issues in a timely and friendly fashion!

My husband and I (ages 31 and 23) just moved into a 2 bedroom apartment with Golden Tree. There is new management and so far she seems AWESOME! She is very nice and takes you seriously. Anything we've asked, she gets it done promptly. The area is quiet, residents are mainly 55 years or older. The rent is reasonable and utilities are included (heat is included) except for tv/internet and electricity. Apartment is a little small, kitchen is very small and not for someone who enjoys cooking on a regular basis. We got brand new carpet, paint, and counter tops. Apartment is heated by baseboard heaters, we're a little anxious on seeing how that works out in the winter. We plan on living here for a year while my husband is going to graduate school. I will update my review when we move out but hopefully it's still good! 🙂
