We have been waiting to hear from this place for three years. Repeated calls for months have resulted in no one answering the phone, just music playing.

If you want your loved one to live in a smoke free environment, this isn't it. If someone causes damage to your apartment, too bad. If your appliances break down, maybe they'll get fixed, maybe not. Need to move into their HUD apartments, good luck. One positive note is that the Property Manager takes bed bugs seriously. On the other hand, residents find her confrontational and unprofessional.
