I would not recommend living in this apartment. I have only lived here for 2-3yrs and they have felt like the longest yrs of my life. This is a list of problems I have experienced since being here: They have changed management companies about 2-3 times You can rarely get in contact with the staff by phone or even regular business hrs (they will make sure to get in contact with you if you owe them money) They rarely fix anything (unless they have government inspections then you actually get things fixed) They have mishandled my personal money orders to such an extreme degree that I now make sure I get receipts from them and also get money orders through my bank account just so I can make sure that it is being tracked to a degree that they can't deny information. I have even had to make complaints against the maintenance staff for inappropriate behavior(nobody ever got back to me about disciplinary action either) Obviously no place is perfect but they need to improve majorly in the way that they interact with the needs of their residents

I have lived in Collingwood Green since it first opened for occupancy in the townhouses since 2016. I am very pleased with my apartment, it's quiet and well maintained. My only issue is contacting management. They rarely answer the phone and it seems like management changes every other month

It was a 76 birthday celebration of Miss Carol and it was wonderful we did a drive-by present drop off even though it was raining. Such an honor and a blessing to be a part of someone so seasoned!
