My parents moved in during August and absolutely love it! The neighbors are friendly and the staff is extremely helpful. Well kept, neat and safe! Who could ask for anything more in a senior living community.

This is the 3rd time in the last 4 months Ive requested repairs for my air conditioner! Im a 14 yr. Resident, & inthat the air is currantly working, it's become promblimist every other month or so ???? Thats why I rated this 4 stars! Otherwise , Im pretty satisfied luving here at Cobblestone Manor!

The only problem with Cobblestone is the parking. There's clearly marked spaces for visitors but very few and the residents are always in those spaces. I suggested some way for visitors to be signed in so that the towing can STOP. I was told visitors can park near the office but walking from there to even the middle of the community YOU GUYS AREN'T WILLING OR ABLE TO DO. Something has to be done because visitors are afraid of bring towed just for trying to visit their relatives. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS BECAUSE IT'S A BIG PROBLEM!!!!!!

It's OK. They finally planted flowers in the front again.. But all my other complaints still remain .... The mowers constantly run over irises outside my place; there is no grass in front of my place, just a few weeds; paint on my front door looks like a 10 year old did it, the gate hasn't worked in years now, thought I was paying for secure location?

I am quite pleased with this community . It is quiet the neighbors are very friendly . My leasing agent was Miss Davis who was so helpful and made the process very easy.

My mom was interested in cobblestone as her future residence. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome by Unterika she was informative, professional, and personable. She answered any questions we had with a smile and eased our concerns. From the building to the ambience of cobblestone we were truly satisfied. Needless to say from our visit my mom will be moving in soon.

The leasing manager named Terika did a fantastic job showing my mother the property and all it's amenities. She was very thorough and friendly. She answered all my mother's questions and made her feel comfortable about choosing Cobblestone Manor as a place to live.

It's been OK I like it here getting started with the payment plans and all that has been kind of a challenge. They have different ways you can pay rent, but they were not set up completely. When I first started I have put in a maintenance request and have not gotten no response yet. Staff is friendly. I have not been very pleased with the mail service as I have to pay to get a ride to the post office to get my mail because they can't seem to fix the mail boxes. And I know there's another way we can get mail delivered here without Compromising our security of our mail recipients that are Having to find ways to get Mail over at a post office in south east Fort Worth, I don't think this is the problem of the staff here it is a post office problem that can be solved sooner as I have worked as a postal person in the military and run a unit and I was able to maintain security of all recipients mail
