We moved in the first time 3 years ago, we were lured away for a year by 2 bedrooms but discovered bigger is not always better & we came back. I don't even know where to start the praises. The office staff went above & beyond for us (in my opinion). The residents are great. My favorite is the maintenance.....they get the job done. It's good to be home!

I took a tour and put in an application to rent from this place. Has most everything I need except the second bedroom but they have lots of storage in the apartment.

My mom moved into this senior apartment complex. Her apartment is so nice. She told me that they are renovating and doing it section by section. Can't wait to see all the updates. These apartments have been around for many years. I have known many who have lived there and have liked each apartment that I have visited.

I really love living here! The staff is very friendly. But, more importantly, they care deeply about the residents’ comfort and safety. They strive to make this a community, rather than just a place to live. The grounds are beautifully kept and landscaped by professionals, and there are plenty of areas where anyone can working on gardens, as well. They even added elevated vegetable and flower gardens to help those who need to avoid bending! There’s a dog run for tiny dogs and doggie doo stands with bags ready for use. And there is so much more! Please consider visiting Cleveland Manor just to see a wonderful place to enjoy life.

This is an older subsidized apartment complex for seniors and disabled. Maintenance is top grade. They have planned activities and two community rooms and inexpensive laundry facilities. Office staff is friendly and responsive.
