DO NOT RENT HERE!! This place is infested with roaches, and management is no help when you have a problem. We had ceiling leaks multiple times because they never actually fix the roof they just patch the ceiling inside and call it a day. The A/C has issues all the time, and the appliances are so cheap they constantly break. To make things worse, they’ll tow your car even if you have a valid parking permit. Management is rude, unprofessional, and doesn’t seem to care about the people who live here. Save yourself the stress and rent somewhere else.

Lived here for a little over a year now, have only had positive experiences with Elena the manager. also some of the other reviews here talk about long waits for work orders, but Elio was quick to fix both of the fixes I've needed since moving in. Overall nice clean quiet property with warm and welcoming staff

Very active and clean apartment complex. They regularly have someone outside cleaning and the pool is also kept up with when it is open. Ana, the office manager is great at keeping up with maintenance claims and always returns your calls when you leave a message. Overall, it is a very pleasant atmosphere.

Living here has been great, the manager Anna has been extremely helpful with answering any questions and concerns I’ve had while the rest of the staff is very friendly as well.

The process to get an apartment could be tedious, Ana helped us to make the whole process fast and easy. She answered every one of our questions and addressed our concerns. Ana was patient and professional, thank you Ana for helping us in obtaining our apartment!!.

Ana is the best! She went above and beyond to get me in cielo vista. I had been applying to low income apartments for years and no one wanted to help me because my case was a bit more complicated than average, and she did the work to get me one. She's also very consistent when it comes to getting any maintenance done to my apartment. Over all apartments are nice. Thank you ana!’•

Moved in about 5 months ago staff is friendly and nice. Love my apartment and my location, very clean and well maintained apartments and price is great. Thank you Elena and Frank for all your hard work on taking care of our community apartments. 🙂

been living here for few months now but yes there is roaches but we buy this liquid stuff call hot shot , that work really good .it leaves dead roaches on the floor. BUT i recently got hit by one of my neighbor dont know who did it . was hoping camera would work but they dont
