Had a weird buzzing sound coming from an outlet that had me worried; The electrician from Authur Electric found the issue was a loose wire in the panel. fixed it in minutes and put my mind at ease

Quiet as a library here.Very secure. Apartments in very good shape. New boiler/ heater installed last Fall. New Air conditioners and Fridges installed where needed this Summer. Weatherized every apartment also. Access to downtown Zion stores and Shiloh Park..... just a walk.

I am so happy in my high rise apartment. It's clean and cozy. The Manager, Miss Nikkie is one of the best ! She has her heart into the property and isn't lack getting her hands dirty, literally. She loves being part of the landscaping and indoor plants. She shows no partiality and is well balanced as a manager. She has excellent manager skills all the way around. She brings organizations in for residents to remain active as well as games for mind stimulation. I'm very impressed with her leadership skills. The cleanliness of our building is a big plus.. as well as having an elevator. I don't take it for granted as far as living here. I've met some wonderful people living here and I like the location right across the street from one of my favorite stores, Aldi's

As the granddaughter of a resident living here I gave to say I couldn't be more at ease and peace having our grandmother live her. Nikki P takes such good care of her residents and their issues. My grandma had a few things that needed immediate attention. Once she notified Nikki, maintenance was there the same day and issues all resolved by the next morning. Nikki takes pleasure in including the residents in small projects, interacts with them daily, every holiday she does things to brighten up the common areas and includes the residents in little gatherings to make them feel appreciated and like a priority. My grandma raves about Nikki on a daily saying since she started the building and all out living experience there has been such a delight and she looks forward to her morning walks and popping in on Nikki to "shoot the breeze" The residents are taken care of like they should be and not neglected. All areas are cleaned and maintained and all issues and concerns are addressed promptly as needed. We need more caring people like Nikki in these places so that our elderly can feel safe and secure. As for my grandma she definitely is. I highly recommend looking into here for your elderly loved ones. And thanks again Nikki for putting a smile on grandma's face because it definitely makes her family feel at ease knowing she is being looked out for.

I have had some family residing in Carmel Housing for a while now and I have only had amazing experiences. The building is ALWAYS kept up! The manager here, Nikki is very helpful and is very knowledgeable about everything that goes on. 10/10 experiences!!

Clean, current management and building manager are willing to spend money on items that need to be replaced or fixed. I've seen buildings that are 5 years newer than this one that don't look this well-kept.

All I can say is I hope and pray this will be my home next summer. I personally know people who have lived there, and had nothing bad to say, how often does that happen, I have spoken to Beth the manager about being on the wait list, and she's a angel. The location is perfect having Sheridan road at the corner to use pace bus, to get anywhere you need to go to. Even my taxi driver said I'd love it there. You have to be a senior, and I turned 62 this year, I wish this to be where I retire,will update this when I can call this Home.
